Ok bud ..
Since this is daily chart, it takes longer time to play out. I expect it to go a bit lower, maybe down to weekly 5 sma (1.558x area) before a bounce. I would most likely place a buy there

a week ago I read an article that in a few month we will start importing the new Mercedes Benz from Bazil .I don't think the car manufactures in Europe will sovive much longer if this keep on going...

Rome was under a constant power struggle where the individual nations where strong financially where as they were weak militarily.

USA has no such problems; our states are not in a civil conflict looking to recede from the nation. Furthermore, the collapse of Rome would be more like the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The United States is one of the few countries that is 100% self sustainable. There is not a major expendable that we can not physically make, grow or gather from within our borders.

Granted, you can make similarities about our vanity getting the best of us while we watch major events unfold instead of interacting (Global Warming, Hunger, Aids etc...) but the United States is not destine to just disappear like Rome. We have been in a depression before, and it will happen again, I do however believe that we will survive this problem.

If you have any friends in Italy right now (Speaking of Rome) ask them what they think of the Euro being so highly valued... I have several colleagues and friends from my business abroad that live in Italy. They are not pleased one bit. As a matter of fact most of the "Blue Collar" people in Italy would rather go back to the Lira as the Euro had not nothing more then take money out of their pockets...

my brother lives in italy and he says sales have dropped 40% of that same period last year. italy for one depends on tourism, and tourists are being really tight on high euro exchange rates.

Have you looked at stochs? if this thing breaks clearly below 1.5640 then shorts will be in play..otherwise as usual
