Real nice trend as ordered. Look closely and you can see the Red trendline alert. I have it running just outside of the Red 21 EMA. Guys and Gals, this is how I sleep. If the price moves out of trend the alert wakes me up so I can evaluate the trade.

After the spike will it come back down to where it was or continue up? I think it will come back down to 89 before deciding what to do. Short in at 162.45

The reason for short here is that this was a fundamental spike. Technically we still in a down trend so I think it will come down. Tight stop though!

Euro is strengthened by the German ifo report, so looks like the pair won't be going down any time soon.

Yea, the news spike was enough to get it thru the 4 Hr DTL cleanly and price is headed to Daily DTL around 164.39

I am still in the E/U i bought at 1.5500. Got stopped out when price whipped thru, but got back on the horse.

My original G/J short was stopped out at + 23, but my pending long after the news release got me in long, so I ride that to hopfully around 164.3 area

Geppy is at the DPP right now. If it goes up thru, it may pull E/J along with it.

RT, yes you are correct. Getting in at this point is risky as per the strategy. However, you have a multitude of things working for you. Retracement from news, and this pair respects the 00 as well as the nice Evening Star as you pointed out and of course the trend. Be cautious here though as it may be just a retrace. I will not get in though since I would be called a hippocrite. I will wait for the cross since DPP and 89 are running together. It is at 38 % of the move up.

It does look like we may get a ounce of this fib level which is sitting on the 21 EMA also.
