Bearish divergence is starting to form on hourly chart (but I could be wrong). If we can't get any higher soon, retracement to 4H 5 sma is expected.. let's see how it plays out.

MK do you trade purely on divergence? I looked at the video u posted looks so easy! How successfull is divergence strategey?

What do you think to this play at the moment? I'm holding Shorts with a SL above 205, but think we'll go down around 205...Getting ready to dump Shorts if 205.30ish breached

IMO i dont believe in SL hunting.
If u place a GJ trade with 20/30pips SL your stop will definetely be hunted, not by d market but by urself

Not purely but divergence helps to confirm the trade. I use a combination of Dow, Gold, US-Bond, Support/Resistance, 4H 5 sma, and divergence.
Success rate is almost 100% as I don't use stoploss. My style is not suited for many as you would experience quite a large drawdown sometimes but I average it out.
I sometimes reference to Brian's Kantor trade strategy as well ..which is a very logical trading strategy (highly recommended)

4hr chart looks fairly bullish IMO and looks to have room to move up quite a bit as shown by the ZL MACD. . .

As mentioned yesterday, 202.60/70 was good support and it should have bounced there and it did. I'm looking at 205.40 as a next target which was also strong resistance, if breached then back to 208.99 area. . .

If it fails up there then back to 204.10 then 203.50. . . A breach of 203.50 then back to 202.60/70. . .

Right now I'm long with tight stops until the charts tell me different. . .

Divergence has a highly success rate and minimize the drawdown if you ever enter the trade wrong.

h1 is extremely oversold, i wouldn't long now. like i said, i'll wait on a retracement and support confirmation of the TL karmo posted earlier. i'm pretty positive we should have a retracement.
