OK, I like simple thing, so I have to modify a bit from KAS EBO-GMTHAS to just KAS EBO-GHAS - it is a set and forget system.

I will use only H1 TF for HAS, since the rule says minimum G and H1 TF for HAS, so no more H4 HAS in the picture - so not that crowded.


The Rule : (Refer attached chart)

1) Once the Eagle Box comes out, only place BUY order at the top breakout level when GHL is below the price and the H1 HAS is blue.

2) Once the Eagle Box comes out, only place SELL order at the bottom breakout level when GHL is above the price and H1 HAS is red.

Simpler. Will test tomorrow.

GJ is manually closed at 7 pip.
EJ hit TP for 20 pip.

BBP is still open since 130508 - I will close both pairs if profit > 100 pip.

KAS EBO-GHAS update :

Got just a little time to set Pending SELL order at 203.18 for GJ.
Later hit the SL at 204.00 for -82 pip loss.

(This forex trading system sometimes it seems that if based on observation it really looks good days before, but when during when we want to use whatever we observed, it does the other way around).

2 days in a row, total loss = -182 pips.

Do I have the persistent to pursue with this system ? Probably not.

KAS SNF02 update :

Closed the long open Buy Buy Pair (BBP) of EU and UC (open since 130508) for 29 pips gain plus some rollover.

Open another BBP, but this time, I add 2 pending orders that are SSP for both EU and UC at -40 pip of the buy levels for each pair.

The strategy will be like these, depending on conditions :

Condition 1:
-----------
After some time when I opened the PC, none of the SELL orders trigger and the BBP shows positive profit of > 20 pips. ACTION : Close both pairs and restart the BBP.

Condition 2:
-----------
After some time when I opened the PC, only one of the SELL orders triggers and overall pairs show positive profit of > 20 pips. ACTION : Close all positions and restart BBP.

Condition 3:
-----------
After some time when I opened the PC, only one of the SELL orders triggers and overall pairs show negative profit. ACTION: Look at the SELL pair, if it shows profit of > 20 pips, only Close the SELL pair and let the BBP continue to run.

Condition 4:
-----------
After some time when I opened the PC, both of the SELL orders are filled up. ACTION : Calculate the total value of the SSP and if the value is positive and > 20 pips, Close the SSP and let the BBP continue to run.

It has been more than a month since I post into this journal of mine, and still, I cannot find any Set and Forget system that I can use. None, again, so far has passed the test and measure period. KAS SNF02 however, IMO, is 50-50 and it depends what will the result be next week.

My problem is that, I can spend time to study, look at the chart for hours to analyze, during about 1hr in the morning and max 2hrs at night, but, understanding my personality, I cannot 'wait' for the signals for 1hr or 2hr. This is just me. That's why I really need to have a Set and Forget system that I crave for since the day I started trading forex.

That's why also, I tend to find system that be traded in just 5min time, and my favourite pair for this one is GBPJPY - because it got range to move, even though the spread is high.

Analyzing through the just almost 1hr just now, give me an idea to introduce another 5min system (of course it can be used for higher timeframe), called

KAS GBBS7.

What is GBBS7 ?

It is Gann Hi Lo Activator (GHL), Bollinger Band Stop (BBS) and 7 Linear Weighted Moving Average (LWMA).

It is to some people called - 'scalping' technique - due to the lower timeframe - and the reason is simple - I can't wait.

Refer to the attached chart.

BUY ENTRY RULE :

GHL is below the price, BBS is Blue and Price is around the 7 LWMA (<10 pip away).

SELL ENTRY RULE :
GHL is above the price, BBS is Red and Price is around the 7 LWMA (<10 pip away).

EXIT or STOP is manual when the other entry rule trigger.

TP = own discretion.

Have added a Stochastic Indicator to the KAS GBB7, so it becomes KAS GBB7S.

Took a BUY GJ just now at 203.91.

(At that time the GHLA is below the price, and it is blue, stoch cross up and price around the 7 LWMA).

Took a SELL EU just now at 1.5560.

At that time, BBS is Red, GHLA above price, Stoch down and price around 7 LWMA.

I will only close the position with loss if and only if 2 indicators give counter signals, eg. stoch cross and BBS.

Right now, GJ still ok.

EU Stoch already cross up (but, still candle not close yet, so invalid). Waiting for another indicator to show counter signal before closing with loss (also when candle close only).

Both trade still open. Rule still not broken.

But, I have already put SL at -30 pip for both pairs.

Have manually closed both trades for -16 (GJ) and -12 (EU) pip loss, at this moment.

Now, looking for New Setup to go for short for GJ and long for EU.

GJ - BBS is Red, GHLA is above price, Stoch down, ONLY one important thing criteria before entry - price has to be near the 7 LWMA. Now, waiting.

EU - BBS is Blue, GHLA is below price, Stoch up, again, price has to be near the 7 LWMA before entry BUY. Now waiting.

SELL GJ at 203.63 (<10 pip from 7 LWMA) with SL -30 and TP 30.

BUY EU at 1.5583 (<10 pip from 7 LWMA) with SL -30 and TP 30.

Today is my country's holiday.

Since I open the PC, till now, it has been 3 and 1/2 hours already - so far, I have loss of -30 pip. Look at how much amount of time needed to trade using any kind of trading system. It just takes too much time.

Anyhow, current status of the trades.

GJ with FLP = +14
EU with FLL = -16

Both hit TP for 60 pip profit.
