Ya, you can ask me whenever you wan by finding me over the thread here. Or by my email whereby i post it in around 2 or 3 pages before. But this is some of my own small principal. Juz share around here.

Firstly, i aiming for win more, lose less ( in money term).
That why i have been very choosy in my every trade entry. I not only see the market condition, but i also see the risk profit ratio. If the risk too high, i wont take the trade.
Secondly, if u saw my graph, you will know that i'm very scare to lose. I can even go out from a market wif +5 pips if i see the market is in indecision mode.

Juz try ask me whenever you wan la. I will be try my best to teach you all i have known.

*That's* the training part I lack! I make money on most trades but sometime it takes a very long time to realize the profit -and I ain't getting younger.

As for me currently, i found out supernova make a very good entry system. Before this, the strategy i use, after i comparing, my entry point generated by my system slower around 2 bar compare to supernova.

So, my comment is, try read this thread from first to end. I can say it is super helpful. By reading all this, can make you suit your profile to supernova approach.

This is something i discovered on entry point. But still not sure yet. Every time if the blue signal jump up, and DMI blue is above 25 and red below 20. The trade going to be price up very faz.

For exit, 5 min, i will be going out even i earn 2-5pips. 5min, mozly earning is around 20++ only, don't too greedy.Haha. For 15 min, the TP can be higher. But i cant find any good entry in 15 min for the this week.

5min, have many entry generated. Nonid wait so long like 15min. But also have many false signal. And before you done a trade, i like to zoom out the graph. To see the major trend of the graph. Slowly zoom in, you can find those important multiple resistance and support level.

Good post, when I created supernova I was very much a wet noob.

The indicators helped me to see what I couldn't at the time ie ha candles and choppy weather. After examining the markets every single day for hours and hours for over 3 years (took me awhile eh) I don't need em anymore. I like to think of the anaconda as trading semi naked with boxer shorts on.

Zoom out enough so you can see the price action. You don't need an indicator to tell you price is ranging or choppy.

True you cannot tell when price will start ranging or when those big ass candles blow up your stops but then if we could we would rule the earth.

Feels like a light went on in my head and the pieces of the puzzle came together the past couple of months, I finally trade without fear and this is why I resigned from my job. I knew my system (anaconda) gave me more winners then losers but until recently my Phycology was killing my dreams.

I needed money, had debtors calling my work, charges on charges on my bank accounts, missed payments and other personal issues that caused me to have a really long and painful breakdown.

I needed a break from forex, my bad MM was killing my account, I had far more winners then losers but I went in to heavy with the lots . It was time to swim up for air, I Tended to my debts and my marriage.

Once the storm calmed in my head I came back, perfected anaconda and everything has fallen into place since.

I also learnt more about price action by watching the charts every day. I didn't place a demo or real trade for months instead I would wake up, load my charts, watch the price action, when it ranges, when it breaks out, when it resumes trend. I would visulise where I would see the price when I loaded my charts back up after work and 8 or 9 times out of 10 it was where I "guessed" it would be.

I kept at it for months, same thing every morning and after work. It's been the best learning experience for me as trading demo or live once you place that trade you are zoomed into the moment, panic, where is it going and you (or at least I) am lost in the chaos. But when you sit back and observe you get to see the whole picture and take in all the information that is being offered to you.

I don't know, you know I never even finished high school and maybe I'm a slow learner but I'm there now and all the pain was worth it!

Sorry for my rant it's nearly 5am and I have drunk far too much coffee!

I suppose my point is that don't try to focus so much on the losing signals. Try to focus on your own discretion and all the information before pulling the trigger as supernova like any system is just a trigger. Your discretion with experience will help you filter alot of those bad signals.

It is good to hear you sharing, Cryten. Many of us have similar stories and it helps us relate and gives us hope. Supernova really has been a big help to many of us, including me. Cryten, your words sounds like moods down today... The road for a full time trader is very tough, even for myself. But i believe you can...
Your system have been making many people getting benefit from it. I really deeply thanks to you. You have made me gain confident on forex again.
By the way, juz to tell you cryten. I will be on your system Live in next week.

Anaconda, i still in process of recovering what is it. Still confusing..haha..

Cryten, experiences that don't kill you will only serve to make you stronger. I applaud your willingness to help others around you, even in the face of your own battles. If there was one thing in life I aspired to, it would be to have that quality. I wish you well and feel that you're going to do great things with your life! Happing pipping today my friend and if you're ever up in Scotland, give me a shout, we'll have a few pints.

As for me, I think I need to forget about diving into the deep end of forex without even knowing the basics. I came in not knowing what S&R or even trendlines were. Big mistake! For other newcomers, here is a little advice:

Get grounded in the basics and then use a system like supernova. It will help you in many aspects of understanding the market/currency you are trading. I would advice you to learn about support and resistance, trendlines, retracements AND money management at the very least before diving in. Once you have these basics under your belt, come back here and enjoy the advanced learning that you can get for free from people like Cryten, Gnat, and others. You'll be in a better position to make the most of it.

Ok, it's back to the books for me ....

But your right tres important to get the basic down, it all adds to your edge. Try to stick to one pair first off, get to know her personality and you won't trade when she's ON!

Hello all, I've noticed that even though the anaconda is slithering sideways right now, the upper trend line is providing good resistance on the one hour Gbp/Jpy chart. Even if this is just a correction going south it should hit the 50% retracement by my way reckoning. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like it is going south to me to the 202.36 area. Anyway, the upper trend line showing strength until something happens to break it. I expect this snake, we should name it btw, will turn downwards soon (unless he is determined to prove me wrong, lol).

And you may be right about the retracement, but it has quite a momentum... and it is Friday! Hehehe!

How to upload a photo: You answer a post the usual way and then scroll down a bit until you see the button "Manage Attachments". Click on that and you will be able to search your HDD for the photos or the chart or whatever you will want to append in the future. Then upload the one or two or even more items and then submit the whole message including the files and pictures!

So PLEASE let me see it!!
