P/L = + 50 result as attached.

This system is still good.

Got time a bit in front of PC, have initiated 2 BUY entries just now, based on the rules.

BUY GJ at 203.58
BUY UJ at 103.94.

Will close manually.

Both hit SL for a total of -80 pip loss.

KAS SNF03 (sort of combine with UTS02) :

Have initiated pending orders for all 6 pairs in both direction, so 12 pending orders initiated with TP 50 and SL -50 except for GJ with TP 100 and SL -100. Let see what happen today.

Set and Forget - will let it run.

As attached, looks like GJ and GU will make pips today, the rest already hit both sides.

KAS SNF02 :

Have initiated a BBP for EU and UC - this is a very slow and steady hedge trading - but I will keep this trading system alive for as long as it can give positive profit - I want to know how much can it gives profit per month.

Hmm... Thomas Edison. Will continue the tweaking tomorrow.

KAS SNF02 update :

Close it just now with -32 pip loss. Thinking of new strategy. Initiate a fresh BBP just now.

Results and Analysis so far :

KAS SNF03 - this method seems still no consistency. Still need to fine tune the level of breakout.

KAS UTS02-H4 - this method seems working but still need to continue the 'test and measure' period.

KAS UTS02-M30 - not reliable - so far loss.

Taking into consideration that I have written in this journal exactly a month already - I can say, none of the systems that I named and tested has passed the 'test and measure' period successfully.

I feel the spirit of Thomas Edison. Even, lots of time was spent, day in and night out, I will still continue searching for the method and system that I want that suits my lifestyle. I cannot be 'sitting' or 'glued' on the screen anymore, even I know one of my method did work.

Introducing, KAS EBOSHI Trading System.

What is 'EBOSHI' ?

It means Eagle Breakout and SHI Channel - YES, this time I use indicators (I have hundreds of indicators around, just took from my library), BUT, ONLY to serve my GOAL, that is, to find the SET and FORGET system.

The Rule :

1) Set pending orders at both Breakout Levels, every morning, once the Box comes out.
2) Set TP around the extreme of SHI Channel.
3) Set SL at the other end of Breakout Level of the Box.

That's it.

KAS EBOSHI system :

First test of this system.
Box already comes out.

Set for all 6 pairs pending orders in one direction only, TP 20 for all except GJ with TP 50. SL is set at the other extreme.

Pretty confident feeling with the positive result today.

KAS EBOSHI update :

Result as attached. P/L = -109 pip. Not good.

I can say that first breakout is 'fake' one. And because I dont set the other breakout levels, it turns out to be not good - cannot 'average out' the loss.

Anyhow, have set new pending orders (same place) for the pairs that hit the SL just now - EU, UC and GU (in case the price breakout the other direction again).

KAS EBOSHI update :

Analyze and found out that the Fake breakout is because of the 'wrong' usage of the indicator. First, it has to be H1 TF, second the period should be from 6 - 9 not 5 - 8 (5 - 8 has fakeouts, while 6 - 9 has very minimum fakeout).

Have initiated pending orders based on the new breakout areas, and currently 2 pairs have hit the orders - BUY EU and BUY GU - let see what happen.

KAS EBOSHI update :

I noticed there is big different between my office's MT and my home's MT. The original Eagle Breakout Indicator starts its measurement of periodbegin at 5:00 and periodend at 8:00.

In my office's MT chart, I have to change it to 6:00 and 9:00 while in my home it has to be from 5:00 to 8:00 to have similar patterns.

Below are the 2 differentiation, the first one with 5:00 to 8:00 and the second one with 6:00 to 9:00 - this is using my home's MT Chart.

Both BUY EU and GU were stopped out just now - I believe the rule that can be deduced from this is that not to put pending orders near the extreme of the SHI Channel.

What a day to start with new tested system. Never mind - tomorrow will continue -

This is probably my only hope to have a Set and Forget system.

Today not much time to spend on PC. However have placed pending order for GJ only at both extreme of the breakout with TP 50 and SL at the other extreme.

The buy already closed with -100 pip loss. The sell now also - pips.

What a second day, even though I am pretty confident that this system works in the long run. Or, should I modify the TP ? Thinking..

While KAS EBOSHI signal only appear once a day, I have introduced another system, it is not set and forget, but based on H1 TF.

It is called KAS GH1.

What is GH1 - Gann Hi Lo Activater H1 Time Frame.

Chart as attached.

BUY when GHL is below the price and SELL when GHL is above the price. Set TP 50 and SL -50.

Perform SELL just now for GJ, but in less than 5min, its FLL = -41.
What is happening ?

Introducing KAS GMTHAS.

What is GMTHAS - Gann Hi Lo Activater with Multi-TimeFrame Heiken Ashi Smoothed.

The MTHAS uses 2 TF set to 60 (H1) and 240 (H4).

The Rule : (Refer attached chart)

1) BUY when GHL is below the price and minimum condition is that the H1 HAS is blue - if both H1 HAS and H4 HAS is Blue of course better.

2) SELL when GHL is above the price and minimum condition is that the H1 HAS is red - if both H1 HAS and H4 HAS is Red is of course better.

Sound simple.

SELL just now for GJ at 203.93, because it meets the Rule, set TP 50 and SL -50 (again).

Introducing, for my improve version of KAS EBOSHI (goes to recycle bin), called KAS EBO-GMTHAS - this will be my new tested Set and Forget System.

I guess I dont have to explain the meaning.

It will filter out orders that don't follow the rule of GMTHAS so that case like today, would not happen - it is called fake breakout.

Look at the chart to understand what I mean. Eg. Like today, if I had put up this chart before and this system before, I wouldn't place my BUY order at the upper breakout level, because even the GHL is below the price, the H1 HAS is Red, so NO BUY. It is that simple - it is a filter - that's all.
