KAS UTS02-H4 update :

The EJ open trade, have moved the SL to +50 pip, while maintaining the TP = 100 pip.

090508 8:30pm (GMT+8)

KAS SNF03 update :

EJ hit the TP for 20pip. GU still does not, fll = -5pip.


KAS UTS02-H4 update :

Have moved the SL to +70 pip now (EJ), TP remains at 100 pip.

KAS UTS02-H4 update :

At last, minutes later the EJ hit the SL for + 70 pip profit.

ZJ SNF05 update :

Looking at both charts of GJ and EJ, looks like both have just have its last swing low.

And because GJ now is the underperformer, the trade should be BUY GJ and SELL EJ, which is the trade taken 3 days ago.

ZJ SNF05 update :

The BUY EJ and SELL GJ trade is closed with +118 pip profit.

The 3 days open BUY GJ and SELL EJ is left open so that it could go to positive pips, currently the FLL = -238 pip.

KAS SNF03 update :

At last the Sell GU hit SL for -40 pip loss (even though I am on the screen almost most of the time,but it is set and forget system so I have to let the system does the job - but overall still P = +20 pip on this method. Still good.

Conclusion for this week :

Many tweaking have been done and few trading systems have been dropped - the non-working one eg KAS SNF01, KAS SNF02 and KAS SNF04 also.

I have seen success with KAS SNF03 - with a little bit tweaking it should be better - next week will continue test until i am truely satisfied before going live with this method. Note - taking only one trade breakout direction per pair - not 2 - that is the tweak.

KAS UTS02-H4 - on the first day of trade this method seems very profitable for eg today total pips gain for this method is +170 pip - plus it is near set and forget system, or it is set and forget system once it is set. I need more time to test and measure the result of this system.

ZJ SNF05 - while I know this system can generate positive pips in the long run, and it is simple to trade - I need more time also to test this system until it truly is proven profitable.

Running Backtest of KAS UTS02-H4.

Refer attached chart - I am going to run backtest of this system using GJ pair with H4 Timeframe. Start the journey from the red arrow. Let say when I open the chart it was at the red arrow. What i will do is to draw the horizontal and vertical red line and put a pending sell order at that horizontal level with TP 100 and SL -100. Assume I open the chart 4 - 8 hours later.

4 hours later price hit the TP for +100 pip.

Another setup is made, but assuming that the price I enter is at the yellow line, again same TP 100 and SL = -100.

Several hours later price hit the TP again for +100 pip.

Then, 220408, another BUY setup is made and assume I enter at the yellow line, again with TP 100 and SL -100.

Several hours later price hit TP for another +100 pip (total p/l so far = +300 pip).

Then , on 230408, set BUY order at 205.81 and SELL order at 205.30, same TP and SL (100).

Several hours later the BUY hit SL for -100 pip but the SELL hit TP for +100.

Then on 240408 another setup is made.

BUY order at 205.11.
SELL order at 204.69.

Same TP and SL (100).

Hours later, Based on the chart attached, both BUY and SELL hit the SL, for a total of -200 pip loss.

Total P/L so far = 300 - 200 = +100.

Then on 250408,

only BUY order is made at 206.00.

Hours later the BUY hit TP for +100 pip.

Total P/L so far = 100 + 100 = +200.

again on 250408, another setup is found.

Set BUY order at 207.43.

Hours later, it hits the TP for 100 pip.

P/L so far = 200 + 100 = +300 pip.

on 280408 another setup is found.

Set SELL order at 207.46.

Hours later it hits the TP for 100 pip.

P/L so far = 300 + 100 = +400

on 290408 another setup if found (assume we are at yellow vertical line).

Set SELL order at 204.17

Hours later it hits the SL for -100 pip loss.

P/L so far = +400- 100= +300.

on 300408 assuming we are at yellow vertical line, another setup is found.

Set BUY order at 205.00

Hours later it hit the TP for 100 pip.

P/L so far = 300 + 100 = + 400

KAS SNF03 :

Have initiated 5 pairs pending orders for EU, UC, UJ, EJ and GJ, except GU because of unclear direction.

KAS UTS02-H4 :

Have initiated 12 pending orders for EU, UC, UJ, GU, EJ and GJ based on the rules of UTS02 - will see what happen today - except the GJ which is set to have TP of 100 and SL of -100 pip, the rest have TP of 50 and SL of -50.


Have close trade open with ZJ SNF05 - trade taken too long to see progress.

No pairs hit the pending orders yet.

Have initiated at the other extreme of pending orders for all 6 pairs including GU. Will see what happen today.

GJ is the first hit TP for 20 pip profit.
3 more pairs hit the orders and current status as attached.

Looks good so far.
