mate start with Pivots, Daily and weekly, as monthly are not so powerful with GY (with my experiance); Also try with 50ema, 100sma, 200ema as S/R guides on 1H, 4H, Daily, Weekly.. Fibonachi retracement can help a lot specially when retrace is ON after a big move down and Up, and on the TOP you can try EW theory (litlle bit complicated but not so hard) just to keep you awake and to learn how to count basic swings, and expecations of next move Up or Down..
