yes, it behaves against all rules. some say this is nfp week so rules outa the window. we will know only after it happened. this could be a nice fake, a silent intervention, a trap or a blind rumour hype. on the other hand being short could also mean a serious loss. i guess once everyone is convinced of one direction, it will reverse, like so often..
for me there is no sense to exit now, it will come back or make a slightly bigger loss, i will be patient..

Small long at 207.63 - 4hr Signal on QQE, 4HR and Daily agreeing, Weekly Zero Stochs crossed BUT as stated earlier - Zero MACD divergence causing concern on Daily Chart...Also Double top on Hourly needs to be broken....

Wednesday is GDP and the interest rate statement from the Feds . That day might be the bear reversal that everyone has been looking for.

Short is not looking good, is it? The 4 hr upper trendline is broken
Still stick to my short till New York open if it hasn't been stopped out yet.

ay, of course; what annoys me is that i have to wait through the drawdown of a for me senseless hype, lol. i should consider to wait till my time has come instead of entering too early, darn..

No. It was a break of Friday's high. But the IBs (4 hour) from Friday could have worked. Sunday's sessions can be testy. I just needed more confirmation.

I need to learn how to trend-follow, how does one do that? I dont mean technically, I mean emotionally, I always feel so sheepy *bah*. Too bad I'm not a big dog making the market, really hard for me to pick up the grains.

There is something I learned in trading stocks called shadowing the market maker.

Basically no charts required , only a level II screen , Find out who the dominant market maker and do what they do.

In forex there is no market maker .... no one buyer of the majority of the pair , however the trend will tell you the perception of the market There is nothing wrong with being a sheep if the trend gives you pips in the bank.

My systems using the rapid rsi picks the turning points / pivots and hence I try to trade with the trend.

I do not understand why every is going short right now trying to pick a top ... but the market needs bulls and bears for it to operate.

5 min charts up to 2 hours have a very simple bull stack on the moving averages .. 10 over 20 over 50 .

I would not even think about swing trading short till at least the 15 min chart started to show soem movement to the down side by the 10 crossing down thru the 20 and better yet would even wait till the price broke down thru the 50 sma as this is forming strong support right now. ( pink line)
