How's it going hussin? New word? Not much lol I'm still short biased for right now and looking to see more downside in the mix.

It will surely give insight of the fed's forward thinking. Not sure which way it will drive price one way or the other. . .

The market is slow today so it may be looking for anything to nudge price up or down. . .

I typically use +1 SL and I set it when price has traveled 50 pips from my entry. . . But I don't make an entry unless I have a TP target and gd reason for making the entry or else SL won't help u when the trade is going against you from the start. . .

For me it depends on type of trade I am entering. If it is a short term trade targeting say 50 pips I put stop at BE after 20 pips. If I am targeting over 100 pips, I normally move stop to +1 or sometimes +5 after 50 pips are green.
