Go back a page and use the link that sniped posted to get his street address. I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure this guy is using his own name and running this ps business by the seat of his pants. Having everything in his personal name, using paypal and google checkout, etc...

My advice would be to use his home mailing address, certified mail, or have him served by the local sheriff. It usually costs $10 to have the local sheriff serve somebody papers. (Depends on your attorney if you get one I suppose).

In speaking with p**pal they are saying that because it was not conducted via eb** it may not be covered for a refund BUT if there are enough complaints to p**pal they can and will consider action. ANYONE who feels taken advantage by PS needs to file a complaint with them. It only takes a few minutes just go to your p**pal acct. go to merchant services, scroll down under manage payments and click on disputes, enter your transcation number and file a short dispute, it goes to PS and p**pal. If they see enough complaints they will step in...

He's lucky I didn't get around to paying anything! I was about to plop down a yearly membership! Of course based on January and February's fabricated results (imho).

I'd be in NC with the local Sheriff in tow right up to his front door! Anyone that was ripped off and lives in the state of NC .... print out this thread and go to your local sheriffs office, if you live in Forsythe County NC that's even better.

This guy could be sitting in county jail by Monday morning!

If you have money for an attorney....well let them do all the grunt work for you. It'll cost about $500 bucks though, well some attorneys will require a retainer of $2000 or $2500, but you'll get the unused portion back.

IMHO this is an open and closed case!

It's a shame you got caught up in such a scam Jane, Jason has exploited and used many people over the years, you weren't the first and you wont be the last.

A word of advice, do yourself a favor, whatever you made out of PS I suggest you go and write a check to some local charitable cause, then maybe some good will actually come out of Jason's latest train wreck.

I don't believe anyone in the PS posse ever traded a live account while they were telling members to trade their live accounts!

Let me add this: I believe that Jane (aka Kate, aka ...... ), I'm not sure on what you're real name is, so what is your real name? I don't need your last name, others might though. I believe you traded demo better than J, that's why you were making a few calls and chart reading. Is that true? Did you ever trade a live account while making calls or taking calls for PS? Did you only trade demo?

I believe that you were sold a business plan from Jason. I believe that he told you what you wanted to hear, promised you riches, etc.... You were scammed too, but the money looked great on paper! Jason probably told you not to worry that he'll teach you everything you need to know, etc... When infact he doesn't have a clue. He's a good talker, that's about it.

I increased my account, a large account might I add, 40% in jan-feb.. March was a different story, I lost some of my profits, but thats forex.. Get used to it..... If you made 40% in 2 months, you would be glad to pay for their service for the following month..... guess what... march was rough! lots of drama.. if you dont like the service, then don't sign up for the following month... take the loss like a man, and move on.....

I don't think the room was designed to be a scam... why would you want to get 160k for only one month when you could provide a good service and get 160k every month, yearly???? The bottomline is getting pips.. Thats what we pay for.. They delivered in jan-feb.......... THEY DID... March was not the same.... but nobody can predict the future.. I don't think jason is a scammer........ I think his intentions are good, but people love to blow things outta proportion.........you guys have nothing better to do.. Who cares if he got paid 1 dollar, or one million dollars.. you guys signed up for the service and ageed to pay 325 per month, so they must have done something right otherwise why did you sign up ???? Exactly, it's such a waste! I'm sure Jason is asking himself that very same question and will continue to ask himself for many years to come. It seems everything Jason touches just turns to s**t!

It seems he is his own worst enemy, the fast talking car salesman, the serial scammer, he always wants the fast buck and in the process thru sheer greed and neglect has killed off a potentially >$1m business that would have supported him and his customers going forward. But he just wanted the quick buck.

Well, it's kind of hard when every day you get a new message in your inbox from a new basher that says "check out the latest thread on pipsnipers scam" everyday i get bs junk mail from a bunch of drama queens.. Im over it already.. peace.
