1. Jason used to boast of all the cruises, cars, vacations paid for out of his trading account when it's now more than obvious that the guy cannot trade to save his life.

2. It turned into a real scam when he kicked out his partner and refused to provide any refunds and banned paying members that even asked for one, so much for his much vaunted integrity.

3. His history of scamming at FX Trainer, nuff said.

There was no good intentions on the part of Jason, apart from his intention of filling up his bank account with your $$$, harsh but true!

This is one of the best threads EVER!!!! I actually booked positive pips in the free room, because it was FREE!!! If they would of said $99/month I probably would of stayed on an extra month and still played mini lots on their calls. Well I'm glad they said $325 and saved me the trouble and losses!! It has to be VERY obvious that Jason never called any of the trades he took credit for, as it was most likely Kinn telling him to get in via Skype. And I would further guess Jason has never had a profitable account based on his own decisions. Look at this now. He has basically told the remaining people that he CAN'T trade b/c he is going to work non-stop to find new Mods. What a snake. I really want to see this guy get his, and keeping a mole on board might work well.

I propose we start a "donation jar" for someone like pippers to stay on and keep entertaining us with this hilarious stuff. I will send pippers $20 TODAY if he stays.

Anyone else? Just takes another 15 of us here on FF to make it a reality.

Thanks but not interested. it's affected my trading a bit. i've been a bit outraged by what he's been doing. so after monday, i'm back to solo and actually making pips everyday. but i will miss the drama, and especially the excuses from Jason.

His inital advise was to demo the trades until you felt comfortable with his calls. You want to see his track record? No better way then to watch his calls right? I took his trades live and made really good pips.

Ya know, thinking about it.. Its all the same. I was in Kinns room and he was telling us to take 1% trades and when we lost it was no big deal bc it was only 1%. Everyone thanked him and praised his MM. Then he made like a 19 pip win and said he was in 5% but didnt tell us bc he just isnt comfortable since its a new room and wants to make sure we understand his mm style first. Well hasnt he been calling trades in the same type of room since Jan? Its easy to say he was in 5% after the fact but no one seems to get upset about that. How many moves did Kinn miss just today? He would say aww damnit. Missed that one.. No worries next week we will be popping! Guess he was chartwatching too. LOL... Dont get me wrong, I think Kinn is a good trader and give an honest effort, just pointing out the anxiousness of ppl to put all the blame on Jason when others do the exact same thing. Yes, Kinn yells and gets upset with everyone too, and bashes others... whatever... I actually decided to stay out of Kinns room bc when we lose a trade I hear, arent you glad I got us out of that? Or he starts the 20 questions of MM like I cant figure out what 1 and 2 percent of my account is.

I did learn some new trading styles in the PS room, many thanks to all who gave an honest effort (which I feel they all did). I feel a lot more comfortable with my own trades now, money well spent. I enjoyed talking to the ppl in the room, trading all night can get lonely and talking to you guys made it fun. I will keep my eyes on the development but will not be renewing my sub for now. My advise for anyone signing up for a service would be this: Forex is risky, even a higher risk if your blindly taking trades, if you lose use it as a chance to learn and grow and blame yourself not others reguardless what they promised.

Your evaluation of the whole situation may be right on, except Jason is a used car, MLM, scamming machine. Whether the others were in on it, we may never know, and time will tell if Kinn will succeed in the chat room environment. Jason is all about the $$. All the valid points and signs have been made here on this thread, so I won't repeat. There are several people I know of who actually made $$ when it was free, but didn't pay the $325 so we are out NOTHING, so we are not whinning, we are just in awe of the cluster F*ck it became in less than 1 month, and how glaring Jason's greed and dishonesty really is.

I have only one thing where I really disagree ..

This simply is not right.. the record thing is about staying positive for long time, being statistically successful. Not mentioning that its some sort of CV for a trader. And you don't accept a new employee without first looking at his CV.

Understood pippers.........I just hope we can still get some nuggets of info on this. It would just be very interesting to see if Jason finally meets his demise, or if he can snake oil salesman his way out of this and move on to the next scam. But maybe in time, coverage of a trial involving him will spring up on my google bar

now he has Hosea spending more time in there while he finds more traders? Jason, we all thought you were the trader? isn't that why we signed up, to get jason and kinn's calls? hmmm

How many here feel that Jason should shut the room down, refund money for the remaining months that people signed up for. Isn't it obvious that this isn't what we signed up for, waiver or not?

Sunday night should an interesting sales pitch and it'll be interesting to see how he spins all this, how we're going to be even stronger in April and then list all the good things coming, like how he's going to be an IB (to further line his pockets) then, being such a nice guy, he'll manage your accts so you get all his trades (of course taking the customary 30% of profits for managing it) oh and we'll get phone texts ( for a small fee). Then he'll talk up the traders he's lined up for us after talking them over the weekend. let's see, let's trade 1-2 days then go live with them? Of course the talk will start out with his sob story so that every one tries to boost him up, telling him it's ok, that he'll be on track, that we believe in you Jason. Then he'll say he doesn't want to hear anything bad about Jane or Jen, a further spin to take the heat off of him. then the sales pitch. He has 2 days to drum up some crap to feed us.

again, Jason, do the right thing and close the room down and start fresh down the road when you can prove you can trade and not just BS'g people with all talk. So basically that would mean we'de never hear from him again!

completely agree with you here. who pays for a room to experiment with new traders? that should be done separately for a period of time before you bring them in the room. if i want to try new people's methods, there's a bunch of threads here at FF that have methods to work on. i paid to get calls from a trader that i thought could trade. i'm not paying for experimention.

i think Jason's line about not wanting to hear 1 negative word about them is laugable. why would anyone say anything bad about them? they were the positive part of the room. I think this is just an attempt for Jason to spin this and somehow turn this on the members. i think Jane made it pretty clear that she was dissatisfied with a call that was news based when it's clear that the room isn't a news trading room.

It's very risky to take someone that we've had very little exposure to and let him call trades, especially 4min after news. News trading is very risky to start with. I for one wouldn't take his trades live for a period of time. they must prove themselves first and a few days worth isn't enough for me.

I feel sorry for anyone that's signed up for april Good luck getting your money back.
In my opinion, that was not a "news trade." The news simply ran the price up to the desired sell point, which had already been pointed out as a good possibility before news came out. It was a very nice trade. It was a matter of taking advantage of the price, and not really a news-based call. The sell trigger price was called long before the news.

you could also ask jason for entertainment, ( i asked him b4 <j, whats ur basis on entrying a trade> and he told me look at your stochastics if they cross on the bottom on top, like now 5 min is a good entry, but 1 hr stoch is down) i asked him again what else/ and just ignored me and answer some stupid questions on the room

think of ur 325 as not a forex signal but think of it as expensive comedy play
Well the internet is a double edge sword.
While everybody can hide behind its anonimity it can be used to ruin somebody or expose a true scam, which ever the case may be. There is a big difference between a badly executed business plan and a full out scam.
All we have here is people's opinoins and hurt feelings, but no real proof of anything.
There is only one thing Jason can do at this point to try and salvage his reputation and business; no, not refund anything (we are all grownups, and knew the chances we were taking, this is forex). But provide the following in a public forum:
1. providing us with his live trading account records for the last six month (not even asking for two years, just six month and obviously it is easy enough to blank out personal info, which has no place on the net anyway).
2. Proof that he send Kinn his share of the money collected and if that is the case, I guess that would tell us something about Kinn's character as well since he denies getting any money (wire transfers, etc.., again easy enough to blank out personal info).
At this point a self rightous response like "I have nothing to proof to anyome but myself" will not cut it.

If he can privide these things, there will be a lot of people willing to ante up at least another month, including me. Because the concept of this business is great, providing it is run honestly and professionally.

Here is to hoping for the best in people, eventhough sometimes people are like forex, very disappointing at times.

There are lots of people who would love to see a class action lawsuit against you and more background information on you and your associates can easily be provided if you do not start responding to refunds. I have known Jason Deal and his father Hanes Carter along with his other partners in crime. They both live here in Winston Salem, NC. I was originally introduced to them when they were with FX Trainer (aka Trading Post FX with Zoltan Vass). By the way, Jason was a "big" associate for them too (look at that companies' reviews). Hanes is still with FX Trainer and Jason, supposedly, has nothing to do with FX Trainer anymore (I am not sure about that). Why is his dad still a part of FX Trainer? Who could ever forget the Lightning Strikes software scam Jason was behind (do a google search on that)? Jason seems to have learned all the ways of scamming from Zoltan Vass and started this company to rake in the $$$ short-term and then re-organize, blame-shift other partners, and continue on until the followers become zero to nil (he is following in Zoltan's footsteps scamming people through FOREX, multiple MLM's, a scam mortgage software company, and who knows what else…by the way the other person who is behind the scenes and works with Jason is a guy named Bobby Mac). Jason was a used car salesman and has a slick tongue. Watch out for his little motivational speeches (they are designed to suck you into his scam...whichever one he is working on at the time...and take your money)! I have seen his scamming going on for almost 4 years now. Beware of this person or any organization he is a part of. By the way, he will sometimes use Christianity to lure that group of unsuspecting folks as well (although he has not recently spoken of the Lord). Maybe his conscience is getting to him these days. Jason goes to Agape Faith Church in Clemmons, NC and lives in Winston Salem, NC in a big house at xxx W. Winston Salem, NC (yes, many folks know your address) that he has paid for by his scams off other people the last few years. Jason, you should be ashamed of yourself (think about your legacy and your family...just remember what goes around comes around my friend)!!! Yes, Jason, we know you made money trading…but trading was just your platform for your sales pitches…your money has come from the scams themselves…

P.S. Conjecture here: I really hope Kinn and Jason did not make this partnership split in the public a purposeful part of their scam business plan (potentially similar to Zoltan Vass and Edward Yau with FX Trainer aka Trading Post FX now). I would not have thought it would have been so soon though...smile. I do not know whether or not this is so, but it makes one wonder (both with Fx Trainer / Trading Post FX and Pipsnipers etc). I hope it was a true split between them (lesser of two evils)…I have to hand it to Jay…he is a great scam artist. He and his family, I am sure, will be proud of him looking back at his life latter.
I have given this person referrals many times (giving him the benefit of the doubt), but he has overpromised and scammed all of us EVERYTIME!



P.S.S. Not giving refunds, kicking people out of the room for no good reason, and continuing to scam and spin things your way will only make it worse. There is plenty of other details and background that can be shared. Hope you start sending email out to people requesting refunds a notice that you will be doing such soon...get it???

And a very easy and admirable solution would be to open the room back open for free while he re-tools and tests out new mods, and gets his confidence back (the latter is a joke, coz I don't think he actually can trade.....imo). Have you ever been to a restaurant and they completely goof your order and they at least give you a dessert or free drink????? Do the math on the initial take on the membership fees.....he's well into the 6 digits in gross receipts. He can afford AS A BUSINESS to show good faith, and either close temporarily or give some sort of monetary credit, or freebie.
