Dear all,

I have to format my computer but before I want to save all my works with Metatrader 4 (profiles, trendlines, draws, etc etc.). Does anyone can help and tell me how to do that ?

Copy the whole c:\program files\Metatrader 4 directory (or wherever it has been installed) to a usb dongle or something similar; you can then run it from the same dongle without a problem, even on multiple computers.
