where does the data come from
if mt4 dont store it, i doubtr the broker does
i just dont understand how this could be real data?
U can USE whatever tick data u have, u just need to make sure they are in the format taht csv2fxt script will understand:
this is format currently being default in MT4 for export:
YYYY.MM.DD,HH:MM:SS,O,H,L,C,V (try to use this one first,delimiter is comma as u can see)
or
YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS,O,H,L,C,V

it wont attach 
This script by MT4 team when attached to a chart collects TICKS for u into the binary FXT file so u can then use it for REAL TICK backtests!
