How do I track someone ?

In short how do i know when this person has made a new post and then go read that particular post instead of searching everywhere.

I found one particular person as an excellent command over a pair and wish to track him daily.

Do a search on his username and have a look at his recent posts.

hmmm. Not my Thread but I wasn't thinking of, "Restraining", merely reducing the effort to find posts by those I Know I Find Interesting. My thoughts on this have Nothing to do with any "Ignore" list.
