FXtiger, as much as I hate to tell you this, there probably is little you can do legally to Jason unless you file suit in his home county in North Carolina. You would have to appear in court there which would, of course, be quite expensive for you. I hope you did not lose enough money to justify such an expensive venture. But you really should check with a British attorney to find out whether British courts have ruled that soliciting business over the internet would give a British court jurisdiction over Jason. If so, that would be fantastic as you could file suit there and Jason would have to defend the suit there or spend money trying to fight the court's jurisdiction. Probably can't do so but it's worth a call to an attorney to find out.

How many of you asked for a refund and for that reason got band from the room before you received your refund?????

As soon as Jason apparently read my email requesting a refund and explaining why, I was banned from the room with no explanation or response from Jason whatsoever.

That's just total BS if you ask me. is he that insecure, is his ego so fragile that a reqeust for your money back and you're banned?

the only thing keeping this afloat is his mods. at least their technical skills are competent.

I have to admit that Jason does has a good business mind. He is well awared that he can't get anymore new members, so he has to work on the existing ones. Pay for April first, he is hoping his bootlickers, say 50-100 of them, that will make him another 30k of pocket money before the business closed down in first week of April ( there will be no May for pipsnipers ) Why would anybody pay for April while one can gets April for free from Kinn. If, only if, Pipsnipers really turn around and do excellence, I can always join back in May, it work out the same, pay 1 gets 2 !!!!!

This is what pipsnipers mods do: come in London session, 'hi guys, we are looking at the charts'. 1 hour later,' we see some nice set up on some pairs, keeping close eye on the charts'. another hour later ' we have news coming up in half an hour, hang on, wait till the news are over'. After all the hours looking at the charts, they made a call ( if you are lucky ), and is a losing one!! I am laughing while I am typing this, what a joke!!! The funniest thing is they are still so highly praised by the room. I did not take a single call from them since Monday, and i am up 400 pips this week ( i am a noob, trading for 1 year ). They know they cant trade and make trade call, so, they are trying to turn the room into a training room. Jane is giving a training right now, while I am typing, in the middle of London session, they obviously have no intension to call a trade. Stupid and pathetic **##@*#"@##":

But I am also suprised, that I am seeing a lot of experiansed traders, some of them with 1K label... they are still there..
I know lot of them are at least 10X better than all MODS & Jay together... ??!!!

now jason's talking about being spooked by the market? isn't that reassuring. he's talking about all the money he made last year, all the pips he got but now he can't? you can't get a single trade on a pair that moves over 200 pips? this is laughable.

Now he's got Jane trying to teach us how to scalp. she's been playing with ab=cd on smaller charts and now we're going to trade this way? stick to your trading method that makes pips Jane. don't start to try something new. i want your experience with your method, not something new.

Jason's desperate to keep us there. dropping the price in half isn't going to keep me there. maybe if it was free i would just to witness the train wreck that's coming. I can't wait for kinn's room to open

jason's found some guy who's trading pretty well on FF (turn 1-100k thread). he's trying to talk him into being a mod for him. this is what i don't get. if he's such a good trader, why does he need anyone else?

I hope this guy reads these thrreads before he gets into bed with Jason. Dude, he's going to sap the life out of you. Jason's not a good trader but he's raking in a ton of money. at 325/month and over250 members (it was 500 but i'm sure at least half will/have left) that's a ton. Do the math. What's he promised to pay you. .all he needs to do is go through forums and find some suckers for him to sweet talk and make big promises.

Remember he's a used car salesman and boy can he talk a good game, but that's all it is, TALK!

there's no way among the 4 of them (jason and his 3 mods) that one trade couldn't be found? something's going on with this guy.

But the good news we'll get the room for half price for 2 months! WHAT A JOKE! but he was bragging about this new mod he's trying to get who got over 100 pips last night with only a 60 pip loss.

this new guy (mysticgenie) has his own thread. check it out. maybe we can learn from him without having to pay 325/month. Better yet, lets pay him directly.

I just can't understand why everyone doesn't catch on to Jason's constant talking out of both sides of his mouth. Remember, he told us about how he has been training people to trade forex for a long time. He told us he had 200 people following him before he opened Pip Snipers. So he has shared his "expertise" with hundreds of other traders. However, then he told us that he only knows a few people who actually are making money trading forex. So isn't that an indictment of his teachings and his methods? If he has trained hundreds of people to train like he does, and he makes big money, should'nt his students be making big money? And why is he having to search FF for a new mod? Why doesn't he bring on one of his successful students? Could it be because he is just full of crap? Oh, and I'm so sorry that I got banned and will not be able to enjoy the fruits of his room for half price. Yeah, right!! Please people, see the light. Get out of there!!!

EXCELLENT POINT. he does talk out both sides of his mouth. where are all these students? He's telling us this morning that he's really selective with his trades. i couldn't stop laughing. when did he get selective? now he's so selective that there's no trades when the market's moving like crazy.

and of course you get the people in the room praising him. someone asked him when we were going to get a trade, they were frustrated. and he basically told them they could leave if they want. professional response.

someone else got a 60 pip move and he told them off. Why didn't you tell us when you got in the trade. and on and on he went. people were making pips in the room on their own and he's begging them on how they did it. then he accused one guy of taking the trade based on malcolm's call, whoever that is.

I could go on and on but bottom line. JASON you're not a good trader and admit it and close the room. you should be ashamed of yourself to profess such talents but haven't been able to trade worth crap since Kinn was banned. now you're looking to find other traders for you to take advantage of and be your mods. pretty soon the ones you have will abandon you too when they wake up and see you for what you really are. A SMOOTH TALKING CON ARTIST. you've lost about half the people in 2 weeks.

Were are all the trades of January and February?
I was excpecting 4-6 trades per day.

Sometime the truth hour comes .You can stall, eat time,find excuses but some time you must face the inevitable.You must make the trades you are paied for.You cant escape the truth.

Untill end of March there are many working days.

don't you remember him bragging about how jan and feb are slow months. all the big players don't come into play until march and then we were going to make some serious pips. WELL?????????? WHERE ARE THEY????????

but hey, we all have losing months. too bad for him he did all this bragging about the big pips coming in march! now he looks like a fool. Actually he looks like a fool for many reasons.

So let's see what the last week of march looks like. i doubt much will happen unless his mods start to make some calls. Jason's not a good trader, the last month has proved that

Well after everything thats happened so far this week at pipsnipers, it's definitely looking like the ticking time bomb is getting closer to detonation, hopefully after all this mess is over, we'll never have to deal with that scumbag Jason again.
