That was a neat entry since you came in a 50 percent fib...

but price never made it to 161.8 it got stop since it found resistance on 61.8 fibb on the overall trend...

Thats what isee...but remeber every trader can look at the market in a million different ways...

Daily Pivots: (S1) 97.82; (P)98.88; (R1) 100.91; More.

USD/JPY's rebound from 95.77 was limited at 100.45, slightly below 4 hours 55 EMA and retreats. Touching of 97.81 minor support indicates that an intraday top is in place and outlook is turned neutral for the moment. Below 97.62 will suggest that rise from 95.77 has completed and bring retest of this low and then next important support zone of 92.71/93.31. Meanwhile, while another recovery cannot be ruled out, upside is still expected to be limited by 101.23 resistance and bring fall resumption.

In the bigger picture, as discussed before, there is no sign of reversal yet. At least, the fall from 108.59 is still in force as long as 101.23 resistance holds even in case of a strong rebound. Sustained break of 100 psychological support now indicates firstly that underlying downside momentum in USD/JPY is still strong. Also, this indicates USD/JPY has already broken out of multi year consolidation pattern that started in 98 at 147.68. Further steep decline should be seen until meeting another key medium term cluster projection target zone of 92.71/93.31 (200% projection of 124.13 to 111.59 from 117.94 at 92.86, 200% projection of 117.94 to 107.21 from 114.77 at 93.31 and 161.8% projection of 114.77 to 104.96 from 108.59 at 92.71).

However, above 101.23 resistance will turn outlook neutral first. Focus will then be on 103.59 cluster resistance (61.8% retracement of 108.59 to 95.77 at 103.69). Firm break of this cluster resistance will indicate that a medium term bottom is formed.

Current price would have to close strongly above the daily Central Pivot at 196.46 before I could consider longing this thing for a run to the Mid Point at 197.24.

With the holiday, probable low volume and all, I think I'm just gonna go to bed.

PS Hey Pipiminti, I wish I did NOT have that bull picture you posted in my head right now...
