Thank you so much for answering my long post. By joining Sunday's and Friday's bars, do you mean to use the two-day high and low, right?

Also, it looks like ODL does not allow fractional lot size such as .25 or .15 What alternative lot sizes would you recommend? Should I round up or down?

Based upon Sunday's open being outside of Friday's bar by the rules as they are we would not have place any trades for today.

However, an argument could have been made about how because we have unusaully high movement on Sunday that you could have entered a DPTT on Sunday's bar.

This is really very unusaul that this would occur and might not be a good idea to begin with. I did not place the trade with EU, but did on a few other Sunday bars.

I think you should round down, and yes to your answer regarding the joining of Friday's and Sunday's bar. Today however you could have used many of the Sunday's bars on there own.

Most of the time Sunday will open within Friday's high and low and so you would just use those parameters.

Have you looked into using Alpari for charting since they do not use Sunday candles?

Hi Bull, and everyone else using Bull's latest Trade Management Spreadsheet.

After recording all my trades today, and clicking on "Get Daily Status", I get a blank page. Is anyone else experiencing this?

This is the reason we are having a strange Sunday:

In an announcement before the start of trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Fed lowered its so-called discount rate by a quarter of a percentage point to 3.25 percent. The central bank also approved the financing of JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s purchase of Bear Stearns Cos., including support for as much as $30 billion of Bear's assets.

A lot of movement in the market indeed. My E/CHF trade just shot up to +140 pips just like that. When there are a lot of major pending events (e.g. Fed decision) accompanied by uncertainty in directional bias (e.g. current situation with the Yen), do you find it risky to have so many open/pending positions? Or does the underlying logic of the method makes it safe enough to trade amidst an uncertain market like we're seeing now?

I have not looked into this. What time does there new day start for the new bar? I am very partial to 0:00 GMT

No doubt . My PPTT has been keeping me busy. I have been replacing orders all night.

Personally I don't pay any heed to the news. Most of the time the market already favors any outlying news. The only thing that can get me sometimes is the NFP report on the 1st Friday of the Month. I think I have decided that if I am up a nice large profit to close out my position and possibly not even place trades for that day.

Otherwise you will find that the news should already favor our position.

As for too many open positions. Stick around....you will have many more as the trend continues

hey 555....it is not the chart that takes away the stress, but the system.

Hang in there, this is a winning system. Today we had to be quick though. Did you see how fast and how far the market moved. jeeeeezzzzzzz

From now on im following the system just as you teach it. Still in some e/u trades however.

GMT+1 minght not be too bad. Anything less than GMT however I would not like.

Guys, an inquiry if I may: tomorra we have (IMO) yet another brilliant move by FED, namely rate cutting and further flooding of dollar printing. It was my intention to place trades according to system, but reevaluate them before news release. Market has no doubt already priced in some of the cut, but these are wild times with wild swings and anything is possible.

What is your valued opinion, fellow traders? Should we stand aside on the shores and wait? Or trust the system to take us safe through USD fall (or rise)?

Hi all,
I am starting to read what appears to be a great method (system). But right out of the gate I have a question. On one of the early posts (refer to quote below) there is mention of "set-up day". Could some one please explain to me what day this is i.e. the day the ST changes color (bar close) or the day NL changes to yellow (bar close). I'm certain the answer is barried in later posts, I don't see it on the pdf (yet).

The setup bar was explained a few post back. It is the bar you get the signal on.
