Maybe just a move to take out some stops before it returns to the 203's. Makes more sense than a move up without any reason or support. Although the US market is rebounding slightly right now.

It just seems to still want to go down. This is a test/bounce off of the hourly pivot. Tweezer tops on the 4hr and still just a spinning top on the daily. Much indecision and mostly downward pressure. IMHO
The RSI's on the 1hr time frames and lower seem to be moving to ob and could be loading up for a strong move south. Malcolmb, any thoughts on that?
