Some News Smell some Carry Traders are back from 204.34 area..... It means if it broke it will go down to 202 area Sharply ..... It is not confirmed but sound like that.... Also , GBP index is now Advancing ....
If Manufacturing PMI become same or better than estimation , We will be around here for a few more days until US unemployment Data Come out.

On a Cool Monday Morning on 03 March 2008

I placed 2 Long positions on GJ for

206.63

and

207.94

and I will get both

IMO we should definitely see some kind of retracement before breaking below 200 some time this month.

The 2 min chart ..... look at that descending trianlge forming over the last 2 hours . Typically this says down.

Plot a 10 sma on a 60 min chart.

Would it not be safer to go long on the 2nd 60 min bar if the 1st one broke thru the 10 sma to the upside and the 2nd bar gets a price 20 pips higher than the bar that broke thru the 10 sma ?

Why you all in such a hurry to go long ?

Do you not think the bears want the bulls to be buying heavily off this price level so that they have liquidity on the next leg down?

When these chart patterns form on small time frames with a 60 - 40 pips range it makes for fun trading.

Friday the pattern was a bear flag .. 60 pips range .. between 04:00 PST and 13:00 pst gbpjpy moved over 400 pips . I did not trade it as I was fried by Friday,

Good thought, but i went long based on weekly fibs, off 204.52

My very first post I mention 204.59 as being as a super support. I'm going to stick to my plan and make a stand here. The hourly and 4H momentum are pointing slightly up so we should expect at least a small retrace here. UJ has also hit a daily trendline so I expect at least some kind of a bounce here. We might see a quick dip to take out some stops before it heads up. I'm long GJ from 204.50.

This is a very risky market... everything down.... GBP going down , Japan Stock (nikkei 225) going down....

It may bounce but anytime , it may collapse , try to catch the falling edge now..... This is my guess... right now it is Japanese market.... As soon as Australian market closes , the Yen will gain a little I guess. Becareful , I hope you get enough pips to close your position but it is risky , We have to see a confirmation ... but As I said before I heard that some Carry traders has entered back to the position on 204.34 area again.... it means weakening Yen during the Day if they open more positions....
