Simple Question

How do activate an EA after you've downloaded it? I have searched but cannot find a good answer. What I did was drag the downloaded EA into the EA folder. It shows up in the navigator but nothing is getting executed after I've added it to a chart.

make sure the button at the top that says "Expert Advisors" has a green arrow on it.

Did that, now it has a sad face beside the name
