11500 for starters but more likely a retest of 10800.

As long as the bear flag remains intact the market will drop.

Looking at the weeklies, this could end up just dropping on down. A clear break of 204, and I'm still hellbent on seeing 190, then 170's later on. Beginning of next year, we will be in the lower 100's in my opinion.

In regards to dj-30 , 12550 ( the level it is sitting on right now) is a three day pivot high. Break of here we are likely going to drop into 12200.

If the dj-30 breaks down ( it has been going up the last few days) what is that going to do do a bearish GBPJPY ?

Food for thought

dj-30 gained 400 points since Monday.
GBPJPY dropped 300 points since Monday.

If the two align as dj-30 drops how far will gbpjpy drop if it has already been dropping as the dj-30 has been going up ?

Agreed.

If the week closes below 208.97, we'll break a lower TL on the weekly.
If not, I'd guess another test of 214 before another shot at 204.93 area.

Lower TLs on the 30M are broken and 1H area is riding the channel down nicely.

at this point, S2 should be a given with a break of 209.4 area, which is 61.8 fib retrace of last move up.

The next 60-80 pips is alot of S/R.
If we get below this...... oh boy.

Still holding one short from last week-213.35 targeting 193.35 (yes you read that right ). Moved protective stop to 212.35 if price has other plans...Stopped out. Re-entered @ Weekly 5sma Hi with targets below 200.

Have added 2 shorts @ 211.7 with first TP1 208.7. SL 100 pips on both trades, will lower stops as price moves further south. Stopped out. Have placed Sell limit @ Weekly Pivot with SL 100 pips.

Will add more shorts as PA dictates..

This is a tough one to call, usually see a retrace in the asian session. However, indicators seem to point lower.. Any thoughts?

Always nice to see others charts.

I see a cup and handle forming on the chart in the above message. I could not see that on mine .. handle break out will give us that retrace.
