i think silvertrend is one of the best method i have used. but anyone here can tell me how to make silvertrend manually or what is the formula ???

Forexmoments is correct, this indicator repaints. The key is to use it with other indicators. Then you will find the right way to use it.

Once it appears, it doesn't always stay. Meaning that it may disappear and reappear on another bar only to disappear and re-appear somewhere else again.

Maybe we can make something out of it. Like...enter when the 7th bar repaints or so.

I've ever tried it on tlatomi system. It repaints like fractal indicator. Won't work, without other indicator. It catch recent high/low. If there is new high/low it jump to this new bar. Tricky indicator.

i think u guys are right,this system is repaint.

Any code that uses "++" is a suspect, but here it is not a repainter.

I think the apparent repainting problem is because of not using closed bars. Since it is not using closed bars, it can change the last bar signal (for example, when it tries breaking out and fails). If the value for shift is limited to be minimum 1, then it will not repaint.

It can be done by changing the following line:
for (shift = CountBars-SSP; shift>=0; shift--) // old line
for (shift = CountBars-SSP; shift>0; shift--) // new line (remove "=")

It may affect the Buffer of last bar. So, better way to do it is to replace all (except Buffer arrays) "shift" inside this 'for' loop by "shift+1".

But the performance may change as well!

By fluke saw this system and applied it to MT4 chart/s. It looks ok. Can anyone inform me if it is still in use and if so with what results? Please give me as much info. as possible e.g.latest version etc.
