Hi guys, I'm new I don't trade G/J as it's not a major currency, the spread is bigger and it's VERY violent. I got burned a week ago pretty hard while trying it, even though I was right about the trend, the swings are so wild it totally had me with my 50 pip hedges before a bit of money came, a lot less than I lost (good it's on demo ). But, I recognize the potential in this violence as well, if there was a good way to trade it...SO HOW DO YOU GUYS DO IT ? If you don't mind telling..

Whoa whoa whoa, G/J IS the major currency, as far as im concerned,

the key? study make sure you know what to look for, make sure you have a good analysis....if you are consistent with your analysis you need not fear anything....you may need to trade smaller lot sizes to account for MONEY MANAGEMENT. If you set a S/L or hedge trade for 50 pips away....you will get burned, you will be getting burned a lot....G/J eats 50 pips for snacks

Do your analysis, good money management, you need not fear anything

well I trade real money and i turn to "BITE MY NAILS....SWEAR....STOMP MY FEET....HIT MY HEAD....AND EASY TO GET ANGRY, whenever it goes wild or agains me....it can run 100pips against you before it gives back....so i suggest u try not to use stops or else its gonna finish your demo within 3 weeks....you have to have a lot patience for this pair.....and apply money management...then you'll see....

very interesting pair....it can make you or break you....the biggest tool to apply is "Money Management"......iron fist.

That was quick, Thanks guys so the major thing I got is smaller leverage and more stuff is specific to strategy and analysis. Well I think I'll return to try it, at least on demo, a bit later For now I'l stick to the security of rising E/U

That's a good plan, start with EU or GU, they are not as violent as GJ, after you get familiar with trading n so on, you've got to try this beast. It has a taste of it's own, it's just so delicious

NP Breeze. I am still long with this pair till 210.70 or I might just bale out @ 210.30 where C=A is for a wave 2 up inside a wave 5 down in EW.

i see a little dip before it reaches 217. in the long run i see it going down...

G/J is going to have several dips, some small and a couple major....but it will surely with force hit its target
