because most of us are under capital.it is different when u got 15% ROI from 10 millions account compare with 1K account.

Yes,agreed that most of us are too greedy and want to turn 500 account to million in a year.

Maybe 90% people don't understand Money Management?

I am happy if I can turn from $1 to $3 in one year than 100,000,000 to 150,000,000!

It is so funny that most people fail on FOREX.

Look, MOST Fundmanagers make 15% per year. That is less than one pip a day or 203 pips per year at 1:100.

This can be done by using daily charts. How is it possible that no one likes the 15% return per year?

I think 99,99% are too greedy at forex and 70% are to greedy at equity trading.

right guys?

Hm.. its so much different trading a 100k usd account compare to a 1k usd account. I dont mind winning 1 pip on my 10 lot size acc compare to my 10 pips 0.1 lot size acc.

Fund managers handle like millions or billions so 10% = another million but we dont. Thats why....

I think we are side tracking this thread. This thread is not about who invests how many dollars into forex or what annual return you can expect from forex.

This thread is about posting live account statements

Some member made a comment that I was "talking out of my arse". When I asked Admin to give that member an infraction I ended up being banned for 2 weeks and accused of having no interests in trading.

Well it seems i misunderstood the various sections of FF. I thought there was a section where one can talk about issues surrounding trading. But I guess I was wrong. I guess as long as you tell other people how wonderful trading is and how profitable trading is then your safe. Anything else might only get one banned.

So Mr. Admin please close this thread and delete my membership. I refuse to be treated like a schoolboy by a bunch of narrow-minded amateur traders not willing to explore the other side of an argument.

I wish everyone well. Good luck with forex trading. May you all reach your goals.

You can lock your own thread - and then have you wife reset your FF passwd for u - and not tell u to what -- then effectively u are gone -

In the interest of full disclosure, I'm still demo trading. Two more months before going live in May.

I don't really care about seeing someone's statement. Why? Because how much money one has is irrelevant to my eventual success or failure. To believe there is a correlation between one's statements and your success is akin to believing of a link between Shaq's bank account statement and your talent at basketball...there is none.

It's an old cliché but you won't get far with that attitude.

I don't see what the big deal is. The guy is asking for some proof that this can be done. What's the problem with that?

On the other hand, though, account statements mean absolutely nothing when it is so easy to create fake ones. Plus, there are fund managers and "Market Wizards" whose results are public. So its not like there isn't already proof out there.

Most people probably feel that it is none of your business knowing how much they make, and I fall into that category.

Forex is like any other market. If one market can be traded profitably, they all can.

after much thought to this subject and finally deciding that since some failure needs to see this, I have decided to post my statement.

I hope those that believe no one can be profitable because they can't now realize that they can be. Please do not tell me I photoshopped this.

I most certainly did not.

Cause after 3 years i realized there is no easy money to be made in forex. There are easier ways to make money out there than to trade forex.
This just sounds like a mental block to me. However, you are right, there are easier ways. Have you tried prostitution?

Well i will not post my statements from a strategy i am using, since one could actually backwards engineer my strategy. And no im not posting a complete strategy here, what i post is work in progress, and that havent been working out at all. People just want a complete strategy, they just want someone to put money into theyre pocket, they are not ready to actually sit down and work for it. Ive searched but i havent found a single person on the internet that is willing to collaborate with me. There are a few people that i work with, but these are real people, that i talk to face to face.

I thought I would share this with you.

Here is a copy of my practice account. I just recently learned this new strategy and used this as a practice. Take a close look because someone will make alot of money today. This strategy was building on a system that I already use. I placed trades based off the weekly charts using ONLY exponential moving averages of 5 (green), 12 (red) trend line indicators. For these trades I check the charts once a day and looked at the trend line indicators. I don't use any other chart indicators- I keep it simple.

When the red and green line FIRST cross I use the next candle after the cross- ONLY IF THERE IS SPACE BETWEEN THE LINES and the lines point up between 12:30 and 2 for a buy or between 4:30 and 6 for a sell. Put in these indicators and check for yourself. I also use the 4 hour to verify and use the 5 and 15 minute for actual entry to avoid large retracements. Then I watch the daily chart for the lines to begin to cross back (point towards 3 o'clock) and when they start it's time to exit. Study these indicators on at least 4 time frames and you'll be amazed.

My mistake was that in the future I will use stops and be sure to scale out beginning at 30 pips, then 70 to 100, and so on.

I currently average 160 to 270 pips a week because I've been trading off of the 4 hour and daily, but as I learn this method of trading off the weekly charts I plan on earning 2000 to 3000 pips per month. Try it and prove me wrong.

Happy Trades!
Forex Marie

I revise my opinion on this slightly, i dont think people want to or cant trade the way i do, and there can be no EA that trades my way. Since this is true i still dont see the use of posting my account details for other purposes then my own. But i have posted them for my own ends and if someone wants to look at it its in my journal. Its too much to post here, besides as i said, i dont see the use, i dont need to prove anything to myself, and since nobody wants to collaborate, why would i prove anything to anybody else?

Hi everyone. I don't think the OP is around anymore, but I think he had good intentions here. In all fairness he did get some harsh criticism right from the get go, and perhaps he didn't deal with it that well in his response, but that doesn't automatically make him a troll.

With all due respect to everyone, the forums and internet in general is riddled with scammers. So I can totally understand where he's coming from.
Some folks might be ok with just a written statement, others need proof. This shouldn't be taken personally.

Apparently the chances of success are around 5% I've spent a few days reading through these forums and it seems much lower than that, probably closer to 1% So for a newcomer like myself to embark on something as huge as Forex, with months of practice and research required just to scratch the surface, is it really worth the effort and time if you know there's only a 1% chance of success? I for one find the P/L statements of great value so thanks to everyone that's posted theirs so far.
