depends on what you call fast? i haven't found anywhere that 'll get stuff out in under 5 mins unless you want to pay for it!
fxstreet.com are quite good and there's always reuters... but in any case the market direction is uually going to tell you what the news was that is, bearish or bullish... if you need to know it that quick
