P.S. Methinks the real intent is to wait for an impressive enough statement and then PM for assitance......a novel idea! Watch for that PM in your box!

lol...if that was my intention believe me i wouldn't ask anyone on FF for trading advice. On FF it is a case of "amateurs teaching amateurs to trade like amateurs"
If i ever would listen to anyone or follow any advice it would be from people like Boris Schlossberg, Kathy Lien, Jerry Furst, Ed Ponsi, Derek Frey, Adam Rosen, Ian Copsey.
Which brings me to a another point. Log onto FXStreet and join a few of their webinars. Then you compare their trading strategies and advice to the advice of some of FF's "successful traders". Then you will understand why few here are willing to post their account statements.
Cause after 3 years i realized there is no easy money to be made in forex. There are easier ways to make money out there than to trade forex.

Right... Why exactly?, cause they had enough company money behind them to get a book published? Oh no, of course, I bet their account statements were pretty impressive when they showed them to you. And btw, the infamous kathy/borris are analysts NOT traders, and I've also read all their and Ponsi's books. Big whoop. It's a load of redundant, regurgitated information imo. Ever heard the expression "Bullshit Baffles Brains" ?
I am an FXStreet premium content subscriber. If you think their methods/strategies/whatever are anything new or fantastic, you are very mistaken.
There is NOTHING new in Forex, NOTHING.
No method, system, indicator, technique, anything at all, it is a fallacy. Most full-time forex traders came from market backgrounds before forex was around in it's present form. We adapted, changed, but did not stray from our principals and concepts. We learnt from good mentors, who learnt from good mentors. But it's the same old shit. Just with new wrappers.
So if you think fxstreet is better than ff, is better than babypips, is better than dailyfx etc. etc. you are even more in the dark than you first appeared. It is purely what appeals to one, at the time that makes you think one person/method/website is better than another.
Conventional truth, that is called.
This just sounds like a mental block to me. However, you are right, there are easier ways. Have you tried prostitution?
I've been pondering over this thread for a while now. And I don't know what it is, whether it's you, or the whole topic, but it brings out a very nasty, argumentative mind in me, that I truly dislike and haven't felt the need to validate for some time, but I'll tell you what. I'll post a statement which I think will "satisfy all your criteria" or whatever it is your missing and think seeing a statement will give you... will you promise to go away then?
I'll just preempt it for you. It was one of my "many experiments" with money.
This one was "Drunken Monkey Style" Trading
It is a statement from Aug'07. I was trying to teach someone a very valuable lessson with it, so it is ABSOLUTELY NOT how I actually trade.
Firstly it was with fxcm, secondly all risk and money-management rules were ignored for this experiment/lesson, thirdly leverage was 200:1 which is crazy.
You'll see early in Aug, I followed my technique to the letter {except for risk&mm} and took 5K to just over 21K in about 12-days.
So there's your proof that it can be profitable. When following your plan.
I withdrew my 5K risk capital, so theres your withdrawl.
I then proceeded to break some rules, and lost just over 15K of it before the person I was trying to teach came to me in tears with pissed stained pants begging me to stop. So there's your proof that it can be un-profitable {is that even a word??} and that this 5% vs 95% is utter bullshit, or bearshit, whichever you think smells worse.
Of all the "traders" {using the term loosely here} on the planet. 5% is a HUGE number of people, ever thought of that.
5% is a "floating variable", people move in and out of that 5%, what does that "prove"?
Sweet FA if you ask me.
I bet Jerome Kirviel's boss thought he was among the 5%...
All of this is a bit of a tired, redundant debate by now don't you think. And I'm not entirely sure that my statement will prove anything. As others have said. Those of us that are serious about this industry, have various accounts and methods. This was a piss-around for me, but hey, you're welcome to look.
Anyway, statement is attached, not photoshoped ufnortunately, I don't have it installed on the workstation I'm currently on. I just printed it fresh out of the myfxcm portal thingy. Just for you.

Ok the only thing you proved is that you made some money, but lost most of it again in a short space of time. Like most traders do because very few can beat the market over a period of time.
And that is exactley what this thread is about.
If you dont like the thread then stop visiting it. Continue on threads where you feel more comfortable and less argumentative.
Comfortable hey, if I only ever did what was comfortable I wouldn't be here today. I visit it and post because I learn much from those that frustrate me the most. If nothing else, patience and tolerance, and You are indeed a great teacher.
Really, I thought I quite clearly spelled out the fact that the money lost, was intentional, as an experiment, a lesson and in one minuscule account. If you think the first 12-days was luck/fluke...then ok.
I am intrigued also, as to where exactly you get your {mis}information/facts/statistics from? Could you direct me to the source of all knowledge about every trader, that you so frequently quote? I'd LOVE to read it too.

So in closing. If I had to post my '03/'04/'05/'06/'07 statements, showing loss/break-even/profit/profit/profit. Then what? Would your faith be restored? Would you start making it less of a hobby, believe again, and start trading more frequently? What EXACTLY do you want from this?
The last person I showed those to, gave me a large chunk of capital to manage. Are you going to do that? If not why the hell would I?
You've already said you don't believe it is possible, so why carry on about it? I don't personally believe in god, but I don't go around telling others to prove to me that he exists, and if they can't then my beliefs are justified/validated and I feel all warm and fuzzy. And would I change my beliefs if they could?
I apologise if I am missing it...but it sure as hell isn't obvious.
The only thing that is becoming more obvious {to me anyway}, are insights into why you couldn't make money consistently. Attitude, mind-set, the need, having to prove something, like no-one else can be consistently profitable either... little tell-tale signs are appearing in your psych. Can you see them too? If not, LOOK HARDER INWARD.
I bet you like trying to call tops & bottoms too, don't ya.
Again, if all this is way off, I apologise, but you must realise this. In written form, in a public forum, it is very hard to judge the tone/sentiment of someones words, so you may just be misunderstood, like alot of us.
Help me out. I sincerely want to understand the intent here. And don't just re-direct me to your first post. As even this has been edited. And I'm sure that it's message has even changed for you, re-reading it, since the first time you posted it.
If after reading the first post of this thread you still dont understand then there is unfortunately nothing i could do to clear it up for you.
And please dont do any more experiments with your clients money. It is not fair to them as they trust you with their money.
But since your willing to do whatever people ask of you...
