not bear biased, just what I see/feel.

Last night I rode her all the way down and then rode her all the way up afterwards.
Just trade what I see.

Just don't feel this little up push is the start of the bulls run.

I think it'll just dip to 207-206 area to pick up buyers and then up we go.

I may be wrong and I have a buy stop in place to hedge my shorts if it gets just a little above this 50 fib /100sma area and I'll ride out the hedge.

We'll just see if this S/R area will hold.

It's 12:30, so I'm off to bed.
Haven't been to sleep before 3am once this week and my son has me up at 7am everyday.......

Trade well on this last day of this good week.......
Current price is 209.73

Bulls having a nice move up after consolidation. I feel that bears are waiting in the 210.00 - 210.50 area to kick in (just around the corner). I'm going to wait for a QQE5 short signal entry in the 210.xx zone.

Price is currently stalling around 209.70 - 209.90: this is the first bear resistance level. The very strong resistance is 210.00 - 210.50.

From what I'm seeing, I think there is a little retracement coming to 209.30 level and a move up will follow. The 4H and 1HR QQE5 is quite Bullish.
a very good observation fx4life! let's wait and see how it pans out !! yes the 1H charts are still very bullish (so is the 15M).

Sith Lord, I think you are doing a superb job maintaining this thread and btw, I think this is one of the better ways to trade for us(me) that find price and patterns and candlesticks to overwhelming...

I see the double bottom formation on a short time frame with a reversal pattern in the middle.

I have a suggestion, for what it's worth. If a template is going to be posted and passed around with a solid line / dashed line system for the QQE5, it might be a good idea to not have it setup the exact opposite way as the other QQE strategies. The others use a solid RSI-index line and a dashed (a.k.a. “dotted”) RSI-slow line. These appear to be the reverse.

I can think of a few reasons for not having them just the opposite of the other QQE strategies. For one, people might assume that since it’s a posted template, the QQE setup is right and can be used as an example for other types of trades. With the others it’s the solid RSI-index line crossing the 50 line that matters, if we're looking for a 50 line cross. I haven’t seen this defined in the scalping strategy yet. Maybe it’s the same and just the index line has to cross. Or maybe it’s both lines. But either way, having them just the opposite of the other strategies could lead to miscommunications or bad setups down the line. Using either two dashed (or dotted) lines, or following the standard solid line / dashed line setup, would be the way to go for a template IMO. Something to consider . . .

P.S. – Has anyone found Zero Lag indicators for anything besides MT4?

This is one I have been using for the last two weeks - it is for VT charts. You will need to change the smoothing from 40 to 13. However this isn't great for cross entries - it lags (I don't know how to modify it). I just use it for guidance when the colours change from sell to buy. Let me know if you can figure coding the cross on ZL to coincide with QQE5 crosses. Thanks.

1) The link is working fine.
2) You might notice that this thread is in the “Forex Discussion” section, not the “Trading System” section. That’s because we don’t have one particular trading strategy.
3) Since this thread isn’t about any one particular strategy, there is no “developer” and there are multiple trading strategies with multiple setups.

To quote Sith on page 1, “I hope we can keep trade discussions centered around QQE, Gann Hi-Lo, Momentum, & SMA etc. However any additional analysis will be useful (eg., news, fibs, etc); but please let’s focus on Auslanco’s indicators.”

This sums things up pretty well. We’re here to discuss existing strategies related to QQE, etc., and hopefully come up with some successful new ones.

Try the link again, and the others on page 1. If you have any specific questions after that, this is a thread where they can be discussed and possibly clarified.

here are some thoughts and ideas.

4H with QQE chart:
QQE is leveling off, but still pointing a touch down.
until thie levels fully or points up, a slight drop should be expected.

I think the 61.8 fib of this last move up, at 207.38 area is probable before the big move up......

The H4 chart with the 251 to 204 drop, shows long term 50.o fib retracement at 236 area.

H4 chart with the last major drop from 241 to 204, show's it's 50.0 fib retrace at 223 area.
This is the probable med/long term target for me.

This last chart is the 204-214, last up swing.
As I said the 61.8 fib is at 207.38 area.
This would have been hit to the numbers, had it not been for the Funddies/News last week, showing the plunge through the fib for a bit at the 205-206 area.

Last weeks Daily Pin Bar, showing a very bullish mark, I feel is exagerated due to the news/rate cuts, etc.......

I do feel we at the cusp of the uptrend.

I will sit tight on these last few shorts I have.
If we get a close below the 208.30 area, I will keep them a few more pips.
If she has trouble there, I will exit and start looking at some scalped longs, until we hit the 212-214 area which is where I'd feel confident the new long term trend will be LONG to 223+.
