Here you go!

I have also found even better settings for the EA, backtested and does profit for the whole of 2007 except december, GBP/JPY 30m, seems to work well for any pair on this timeframe, use on live account on your own risk. Much better than the settings I shared yesterday. Pretty funny is that whenever I use any stoploss it always makes less profit!

I think it's very interesting!

I will forward test in demo account

BTW you mean you don't set S/L?

You take profit or stop loss manually?

And How can i trade in fixed lot?

MM set to false?

These settings only close on QQE cross. And in next version when the QQE will be more reactive hopefully it will give even better results.
Yes set MM to false I guess.

SimonJ, could you post not only EA, but settings and template as well? Or are your settings by default in the file you just posted?

BTW, I don't understand one thing about latest EA, which I ran last night quite UN-profittably with previous SimonJ settings: why does it enter two or three candles after the signal (blue or red arrow)? The movement by then is usually over and when it enters I immediatelly get loss

thanks all

2 posts ago I linked to the settings for the EA.
Template is not needed and I don't even know how to save that
It enters at least 1 candle after signal arrow, because it waits for that candle to close so it confirms the signal. But in the next version of the EA it will hopefully enter as soon as the QQE cross appears (if the other indicators agree), so it will be a bit more reactive. My settings also waits for DMI, momentum and CCI to be correct.
And not all days are profitable. Run it one multiple currencies to even it out.

Didn't mean to insult you, just sharing my experience. I am testing various settings as well... I actually ran on 5 currencies. What you linked was actual EA so I believe it has the settings you use in your experiments.

I can swear that it enters not on the next candle, but much later, I saw that in the morning. Will check that when I'll come back home.

Hi Kyr!

Download the Zip file from the first post and set yourself up. You can also find all attachments by klicking on the paperclip on the thread up there on the right side.

Greetz!

There's no mq4 file for the EA in the zip file on the first post, only a ex4 file so the EA doesn't work.

Also, don't you think you're falling into the trap of over-optimisation? Traders constantly warn against this. You can only optimise a system for past data and that's no guarantee for future performance.

EAs work in the ex4 format. They may show grey on the platform window, but they work as good as the mq4 version. At this point the mq4 version is not freely available!

Hallo Enes!

Can you post a screenshot? I have problems with the Stats master, as I do not see anything at all, LOL.

Thanks!

Gnat,

I saw your SS and see your problem.

Expand the size of indicator window and you will be able to see results of that pair... Simply increase the size of window

Ah yes it uses check confirming timeframe, 60.
I always forget that myself, and three times I was close to post a screenshot here and ask WTF? But then I remembered it was this setting. I use it because it has given better results in backtests.

There is QQE_Alert_v3 in the Zip file - it produces arrows, not dots, but it works the same way and is adjustable!

Upps ...

No real account without knowing what you are doing, please! If you are using the settings from Simon, then please only use them on the 30M and the pair they were made for!

Thanks for that btw, Simon!!
