Using Annual Pivots

Has anyone tried trading using annual pivots, with daily charts.

I have taken some trades here using the annual pivot trend lines, and would like to have some expert comment on these.

GJ 218.52 LONG
USDCAD 0.9270 SHORT
GU 2.0055 LONG
EURUSD 1.4945 LONG
EJ 160.42 LONG

please do not follow these trades unless you know what you are doing.

i did however cross check the trendlines for 2007 using 2006 data and it looked promising, got similar results with previous years also;

So what I need to know is whether this has any good performance benefits for longer term traders.

I am contemplating taking a long on GBPCHF for 2.2321 which forms as S1 based on 2007 high, low, close values [pivots]

But i need to wait some more for a clear break of S2.

Currently at 2.1722

Instead of GBPCHF, USDCHF looks more promising at 1.0559

Same analysis as above, annual pivots, its already broken S1 on weekly and is now headed for S2 at 1.0559.
