Yes, my headphone has a light green and a pink colored jack. Plug them into the back of your computer into the matching light green and pink recepticals.

i have plugged pink and green jacks in back of computer and did test call to skype but only heard there voice not my recording am i doing something wrong

If Skype works, then that is great. I prefer Skype because it is popular and easy to use. I don't know enough about Skype rooms....I just thought that the number of people in a room was limited. But if not, that is great! Just let us know how to connect.
