Thanks Harold. I was just checking if others had the signals since I did not see anyone mention it. Good call on the stochs being in the 80s on the 7:00. That other signal was at 13:00 on dealbook, I gave the 12:00 time because for some reason I thought that is where it would have appeared on other platforms. I did not trade the pair at all today, but was just taking a look at signals that were given for the day. Thanks again, wc.

no problem since you have dealbook you should have exact signals as me since i aslo have dealbook with rjofx

yeah I thought so too but I got a rsi of 50.9844 for gbp/usd. Oh well, still was close enough to be cautious I guess

Hello, I've just posted my modest contribution to this wonderful thread and group. It's a dettailed backtest of the week's signals observed on my platform (CFX) (with time I will try to compare it with other broker's feeds). I wait for your observations and suggestions! I did it mainly for my auto-educational purpose, to help myselfe to keep disciplinated and to have faith in the system. Anyway, the results are very very nice and the few fake signals are not difficultly avoidable with experience and bit of technical skills.
Thanks to Harold for is continue and very precious mentoring, very important for all us "newbies" and to all of you.

This is a great thread.Well done everyone and especially to Harold for his patience and desire to help.

I have a a couple of questions-

1. Do we only enter at the beginning of an hourly candle? What if we miss or anticipate a move by a few minutes? Are we encouraged to stick rigidly to the set rules?

2.Would it be a good idea to check a 15 minute chart just before entering to ensure the move goes immediately in the right direction?

ok here we go pull up a daily chart put a 5 ema of close and 8 ema of open add a 13 rsi with a 50 level and a dinapoli stoc already set at 8 3 3 this is where it gets very simple. since the true key to the mint is trading according to the trend this style will keep you on the right side. this system will keep you out when consolidation happens not 100% but 90% so once you have a cross of ema and rsi crosses 50 this will determine trend direction dont look at stoc on daily chart only use them with the other 2 on hourly only ( you get this info at 7PM on most charts new day starts with asian session) you then go to 1 hr chart and look for only trades going in that direction when the 3 indicators cross on 1hr you enter at the close of that candle. my tradingtimes: i look for a signal beginning at the close of the 6 gmt candle and usually stop at 15 gmt i use an alarm to wake me sent to my phone basicly when ever a signal comes if you miss one wait for the next bus. have fun and make money tomorrow look for longs in gbpusd and shorts in gbpchf here is a document of the system and the dinapoli stoc indicator. the only reason we are using the dinapoli stoc is on my trading platform dealbook my stoc values are different than mt4 and in order to make evry thing uniform to be the same this indicator does that on mt4

Thanks Eagle And To The One Who Wants To Know What If You Miss A Signal Wait For The Next One I Dont Use 15 Minute Candles The Other Solution Is Wait And See If Price Comes Back To The Entry Level Within That 1 Hr Candle Before It Reaches The Profit Target To The Other Question I Dont What Indicators You Are Talking About? We Use Ema's And Rsi Which Is Already Loaded In Mt4 The Dinapoli Stoch Is In The Attachment Just Click And Click Save Make Sure You Find The File For Mt4 And Your Brokers Name Then Click Then Click Experts Then Click Indicators Then Close Down Mt4 And Reopen It

Yes, I see it. On my chart the 8 is barely above the 5 on both jpy pairs. Rsi looks good..Thanks... ....

I Am A Little Concerned That The Gbpjpy And Cadjpy Are Not Short Also And The Gbpusd Is Long So I Will Look At The Gbpjpy And Cadjpy If I Get A Signal To See If There Is Strength In The Yen

Hi Harold4, I am a newb to forex and exploring diff systems to adopt. I have been following the way to the mint for the last 3 wks and this is a really fantastic thread and from what I see it works ! ... so many has experienced the way to the mint :-)

I need your advice, I was looking at the EURCAD daily (i think is one of your preferred currencies right?) , see chart. Can this be a candidate for short too?

Daily EMA8/5 - falling
Daily RSI 46.08 (below 50) in direction of EMA.

did I do this correctly?
Pls advice.. thks

-PS: never other indicators (I use EMA 50 and MACD for my reference)

Hi Bensct You Have Interpeted The Right Direction We Dont Trade That One Its Been Replaced By The Audjpy Also Lose The Macd And Put On A Stoc Because When You Look For Signals On 1 Hour The 2 Ema, The Rsi And The Stoc Must Be Going In The Same Direction

Yes I am following that Hourly 2 EMA/RSI and Stoch in the same direction.. The Daily I hid my Stoch in the template. Thanks for your advice.. !
