from time to time watching Forex markets on high impact news releases i saw that direction has been marked before 1 hour. i assume that most of You already know direction? correct? or at least large players know.

Please someone can tell me best time frame to trade news,and the indicator that can tell me where the news is going to fall to.

No indicator will be able to do that, just find a broker that doesn't widen the spread and a very very very fast news provider (paid). Enter in the first 10 sec after release of the official numbers OR get high up in the FED or ECB
