This pair makes no sense to me, I have had more losing trades in this pair than any other. I stay away from the England Fraud Banks Just kidding. But I read lots o long calls here on the past 5 pages...no way to tell with cable.

hey q we havent broken below the gann just yet? and we havent broken below the swing low of that minor trend line either or had a close belwo or any pa like a pinbar to confirm downward more....still ranging and to me that means anything could happen... ??? we could easily bounce of of 4 s1 or daily s1 ???

I publish my idea:gbp/usd fall down from 2.1100 to 1.95.I think in short time.
US will cut interest rates, the dollar weakened for a period of time, as long as the yen stabilized, and gbp/jpy will be increased,so the market will buy pound.

ST tradrs nightmare, but MT and LT seems clear its being bought for cheap value

Agreed, I think my charts says it all. . . Still tweaking them though but right now, I'm just about satisfied =

perfectly clear to me lol just needed coffee i guess thanks fn ps i agreed with you then and i think i still agree, as nothing has changed but caution for me is best...I personally would rather be on sidelines than wrong ya know...

Staying by the side lines is much better than trading for the sake of trading, particularly when its counter trend. For me its more like a good RR as I reduced SL to 50 pips.

Monday is a U.S. holiday, So it is possible that shorts may cover their positions over this weekend. Charts are mixed. i have covered my shorts from 209.85 area for now.

Hi q, I see 209.50 area has been touched almost 5 times since previous week so what do you say if I say we should be short biased and it's better to expect a down trend line break rather than up trend?

what do you think?

I'm keeping it simple these days so this is what I see. . .

Price seems to be ranging between 4hr 5sma low/5sma hi (white/yellow dotted lines) and bouncing off of 4hr hi/lo Gann
On 4hr chart, a 4hr close below hi/lo Gann = bearish
A 1hr close below Demark Trend Line confirms down trend continue to at least 206.50

On the opposition;
A 1hr close above Gann hi/lo=bullish, a close above Demark Trendline (green line) 1st signal of uptrend. . .
On 4hr, a break and close above Demark Trend Line = a buy and hold signal good for about 500 pips. . .

hey guys i downloaded aus gann hi lo and it seems we are below it on 4 hour and 1 hour...is this correct?

I'm already short @ 212.26 which has proven to be strong resistance, just like 4hr hi/lo Gann and median support just underneath it (M2) has proven to be strong support, so we range until we get a break out. . .

4hr close below hi/lo Gann signals down trend underway, A 1hr close below Demark Trend Line (red line) signals bearish and downtrend continues to 206.50 and lower. . .

A close above 1hr hi/lo Gann signals bullish, a 4hr close above Demark trend line is a buy and hold. ..

hi my budd
i use more than 1 broker
.in one of them price is below 4hr chart ganhilo but in one other price is still above 4hr chart ganhilo.
but in both of them 4hr chart QQE5 not yet crossed down and is still above slow rsi(doted line).
in my exprience when we have such situation we should be in range untill qqe5 cross down to confirm bearish or price go above gannhilo and we have bullish movement.

I am using GMT time. Price is below 1hr Gann but still above 4hr gann. Will post chart as soon as the next 4hr candle opens in 15 mins.

Need a 4hr close below hi/lo Gann for bearish confirmation or else it will just toggle back and forth. As for 1hr hi/lo Gann, yep been beneath it for the last 7 hrs or so, not a good long sign, also qqe5 is rolling over below the 50 line, and my new indicator ZL (zero lag) Stoch has crossed over downward as well on 1hr and starting to point down on 4hr. . . Another thought is a 1hr close below 5sma low wouldn't be a good sign as well. . .

Just keeping it simple. . . =

at least we are seeing same things also multi ime frame stochs starting point down....loks like its goona go...but u never know... advanced order maybe.... ps sitting on 4 hr s1 right now..if that goes its over methinks... then we go down 208.28 at least... IMHO
