DislikedI think I speak for Bo as well on this.
There seems to be enough interest to start talking about more specific ideas. The most concerning is where. Because we are going to a hotel to learn, we really shouldn't care where it is. The focus should be on a city that has a big hub so flights are cheap but not too big (like Chicago) where the hotel costs and taxi service is much more expensive than the air fair.(been there) No kidding, $120 round trip air fair and over $200 in taxi service.
I guess we could explore the idea of more than one workshop. One on the west and one on the east and one down the middle...lol. Not to open that can of worms.Ignored
Re: Chicago.....happens to be my home base. Expenses may not be too bad if something were set up at one of the hotels near the airport (downtown can be costly!!). If something were set up near the airport....some hotels may be able to offer free or inexpensive shuttle service from O' Hare.
A block of rooms with conference room......cheap transport from airport....if interested in the idea of a major hub w/o some of the hassle and expense, I would be happy to make a few calls.......let me know......
Virgin Islands or Cancun works as well!!!
