You Wont see Any MOVEMENTS at all
People will wait for trichets statement.
And it looks he will be Hawkish.

And we could see EUR push up.. But everyone will wait for his statement.

Never trade immidiately during Banks news.. you could risk your account ALOT..

Wait 45-60 minutes after the news.. and react..

Maybe hold on until FOMC...After USA cut, (extremely necessary to control inflation and raise your power) can be the time of Europe.
