As far as I can see, bottom line represents bottom of 15 min channel from start of day. Therefore, will expect bounce off and break on upper trendline.

Hello everyone,
My first post, but watching for some time and learning in silence from this thread.

According to your channel it will follow the Upper band channel downwards.
When it crosses the support line , price will shoot down to the median.

Unless there is a breakout, but mostly trapped inside the mainchannel.

We'll see.

After taking the wrong direction and giving the wrong answer, I looked at the trendlines more closely. I think OR was referring to where the next few candles would break after it opened below the almost vertical trendline and not where it would break outside the symmetrical triangle. The answer in hindsight was down. As you refer to the chart, I have drawn up additional trendlines (1,2,4,5). It seems that when these trendlines are broken, they break substantially. These trendlines are similar to what OR has I believe and I think he was looking for us to decipher and analyze these trendlines. The break shows the micro reversals/retracements. Notice also how the lines are almost parallel. Could this be a coincidence? For the other direction, one could also draw the trendlines during the downswing and see if those trendlines get broken to the upside.
OR, I could be totally off base here. Please give me some input.

If there is a tracement for GBP downmove, might see it somewhere between 9500 - 9560.

I try to practice SRDC2 from Paris since the begining of this thread but i'am not very acomplished with it. SRDC 1 is easier for me.
I'have one big question concerning SRDC2 (little padawan i'am):
what to do when your are in Q1 on the daily channel and Q4 in the hourly channel at the same moment?
Sorry for my poor english (french speaks only french) and happy new year et aydmubarrak to all moslems.

Hi Everyone,

This is more than a colossus we're all building here. Just a week of holidays and the posts on the thread have trebled. Geezzzzz... SRDC's really something.

Fellow Padawans... Bill, Glen, 4rex, Exastris, Dave, Hensch,..and the whole cool bunch at the TS... Good to see everyone's home and dry for the year's action. Really missed u guys.

Spent Xmas at the hospital, mildly fractured arm... but it's getting better now. At least I can type! So good to be back to the promising lot in what i see as a promising year with the SRDC. what can I say.... I'm grateful.

I speak Malay, English, French and Thai.....mais cest pas tres bein.(I'm trying...).

OK. This what I practise but others can comment also. Q1 means go for short and Q4 means go for Long. Meaning to say the major move (daily)is showing downtrend. But on shorter period (1hr) is uptrend since it is in Q4. You can go for long but you have to confirm first whether there is a reversal bar before taking the trade. I also check at 15min channel. If 15min also in Q4 and confirm by reversal bar..than go for long. Normally I put 20-30 SL of the bar touching the channel. If it is happen during London opening...then it could add another advantage. Cest sa.

May be other senior member can add some more.

Just a quick question.
When you all create the hourly channel on the beginning of the day, do you keep like this all day, or do you keep adjusting it to the next closed candle all the time?

The reason I ask, the last few candles broke out of the channel, and I feel a little lost in space because I am not sure how to handle that.

Don't let the dark force catch me please....

I suppose we do the same for the 15 min chart? How many candles are in the LRC channel (or how many hours)?

Hi Team,

Today was an easy trade for everyone. The reason is because I made a few pointers on where the price is going. When you find it hard, you have not been paying attention. Too much emotion involved.

First the candle broke the trendline going bearish. Then it went north penetrating the channel, then the trendline and reverses on the trendline that projected today's high. Bounce off the threndline again and shoot straight up (which we already knew its limit from the trendline). Then it bounces down again to the previous trendlines.

We also knoew monday is usually a reversal and a trend change from friday. So, what else is new?

Hi Team,

Based on the graph posted below. The 6th candles of yesterday has help me to corner the high movement of the day. When you have notice, yesterday trendlines help me to determine the largest dip and bounce of today (Parallel line). The Fibo also played its part in reading the dance.

Its soooo predictable!!!

It always depends on where you start to draw the trendline pointing
to the future.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I can't feel the systematic thing by using this approach...

Is it just a gut feeling from where to where I draw this trendline ???

How could the big boys see the lightbulb pointing to the
pot with the fresh daily meat ???

Can you enlighten my brain

By the way I made some good pips with the countertrend candle
using SRDC I.

tzachi, I also drew these trendlines this morning and we discussed them LIVE in the Teamspeak room with 30-50 people there. These trends are meant to give an idea of the action the next day and are often correct to the pip. So where can you go wrong if you know this info? There are still other trades that do or don't occur in between these lines where you could go wrong. But today those trend lines were done by MANY of us before the fact. Hope this helps.

Think about it. Can ANYONE look at the price over 1 hour and 15 min at 5:45-7pm new york time and KNOW where the price will be the next day?

How naive can people be?

Dont you see that OR put a trand line from the 6 candle yesterday to a point that ALREADY happend today???? After the fact.....

The SRDC1 is a great tool, I would recommend to stay with it as plain as it is and just get 5 pips a day for ever. Is the perfect K.I.S.S system.
