What was the setting for the UJ and TF? My 80 still shows uptrend on daily....

what do u mean by the above setting. does that means that there are different setting for the different time frame.

I haven't come across that in the main thread, maybe an oversight. would you be so kind to give the settings u normallu use.

I do not trade uj. I use the setting which best fits the movement of the pair on the daily TF.

Sorry, I thought you meant EUR/JPY. I use 30,3,0 for USD/JPY.

I have been following this thread with keen interest and i have discovered that you don't use same setting for all the currency pairs.

Would you be kind enough to tell we, your follower/students the settings you are using for the various currency pairs.

i was reading your journal and discovered that your profit of +100pips in GBPUSD turned a lossing one. I guesssed that must have been the effect of the news.

he already said he modifies the settings to fit the line to match the curve of the candles on the charts. it is not an exact science and you would be better served just setting them yourself, IMHO. just start with 20 and increase/decrease until the slope line follows the price action as close as possible.
