On the other hand, if we'd have had multiple attempts at breaking resistance above 228 today and failed, then I would viewed a downturn as technical in nature. And it is possible that would have happened . . . the timing and / or strength just might not be there.

Anyhow, I enjoyed the ride up and the ride down. It was a pleasant surprise to see price go 100 pips higher than I expected. I'll keep an open mind about what's happening next. Looking forward to your forecasts.

Anyway, we'll probably see this one all the way down to daily pivot @ 165.25/30 as stated in my previous post much later in Asian session. However, Aus predicts that we will break thru and see daily s1 @ 164.65/85, that would be bearish for this pair and suggest further downside. . .

It looks like the pinbar off of resistance on the daily chart is coming through and I doubt we will see much movement before then. With that, I would like to see a small retrace back upwards to sell more and at a better price.

gj looks like a great short to me now..... pin bar 4 hour psar etc etc. gu usd finally aligned..... lets see

I might hang on to see if we pass thru the daily, I think this baby might be running out of steam............of course its looked like a short for the last 24hrs......damn chart loves making a fool out of me.

Holding past the daily pivot - my thoughts exactly!
Looks like daily low from my chart is around 164.85 or so, which is actually s1 on a daily. Anyway, we shall see how it plays out, I think we'll see it down there within the next 4-8 hrs. . .

Yes sir, in the long run I look for it to drop as well. If you'll look to the longer timeframe on the Usd/Jpy, it's set and ready to fall too. Excellent setup in my opinion.

UJ looks like 112.70/80's 1st target which should drag GJ down to 225 and lower.

I agree entirely Quecee. The gbp/usd is, however, currently in a short term uptrend, although I think it will be short lived. With that said, those two factors will eventually push Gbp/Jpy way lower. My targets are in the 223's.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking to, I think I mentioned that ealier to someone on the thread that GU would be the pair to lift GJ up a bit but not sure by how much though.
