Gbpusd.standby for New Year Buying

Anyone agreed GBPUSD chart is make price correction as all 2007 mounthly low or high price resistance is almost touch already so all traders now is standby for long carry trades!?

All good things must come to an end. Just remember Warren Buffet lost billions in 2005 shorting the USD and he had at his disposal the best FX people money could buy. Beware things are not as the were.

gbp bases are really falling apart and is scary when banks and monetary international fund say the currency is overvalued not less that 25%.

but also the gu cross could not see a downturn cause i am a firm belliever usd weakness is going to be alarming in 2008.

usd and gbp fundamentally are so alike.

in the good side we could see eur/gbp reaching new highs. and more with Trichet saying there is not room for any rate cut.

What I see is it will consolidate at this level, trading within range sideways, until we see a break either bull or bear I don't know yet.
