Anyone else in this long - LOL? There is no way this is happening to me - my day has been weird to say the least.

iv decided to change my settings for better entries
this will require a little more manual work

in these settings the ea is for entry only
theres no close functions
you can optionally set a sl

after looking over the chart a bit
i decided my optimized settings included the close of trades
so i want better entry

i think its best to not use tester n set up what u see on the chart

i saved this template to take shorts only
so you may wanna fix that

Hey Snoop!

I am long since 225.33. Did that last night just before hitting the john again! : But I am definetely getting better, so no need to worry. It is a virus from kindergarden as I learned. Quite a lot of parents caught it last week. Epedemic center there for sure!

My EA picked it up at 226.52 on the 1HR trendchaser (thanks TC!) It sounds like you don't like this trade, what's up? (besides your pip count, I mean)

I have another question for ya...On my trendchser supernove EA the visible comments on all the open charts says magic number 1020. Inside the EA properties the magic# is the one I set it to be. Should I be concerned about this?

I guess he was just tired ... but the reversal was even better than I thought. I now just put a trailingstop to it and will let it go. The anticipation of the market seems to have been rather blurry as to the outcome of the FOMC meeting. The steps taken were in line with sound expectations - seems a lot of people still felt it was not enough. Therefor the unreasonable fall in US equities followed suit ba the GBPJPY followed. Now we have a combo of technical reaction and "sense" getting back into the heads.

Hope you are at least in good health! And you surely are in a good trade there!

227.5 was ideal tp on this move

nope it already changes the mn
if you had a regular account the ea wouldnt change it
but if ur using symbols with a m (GBPJPYm)
the ea sets mn automatic

I would like my ea to take one trade per signal. I set the properties to do that, but if you see the attached chart (between the red vertical lines I put on there) clearly ther are many trades I didn't want. One or more of my settings must be wrong. Is it tick mode?

I'm not sure what you mean by regular account. I have an IBFX demo...what's the "M" all about?
