Since tomorrow is triple interest Weds., (Weds. in 2 hours my time), won't that also effect the shorts? Seems like it always pushes this pair up.

Bud I am looking at the Big Picture on the Zoomed in 15mincharts. But like u said 222.5 is todays short target. Price just touched 4hr 5sma 226.14. A classic 4hr retracement in progress! Guys start loading shorts I can just about see that big fall coming..

Dont count on it. Trade what your charts show u. Btw todays official low has already been published if u missed that post.

Price is past weekly pivot 226.38. Next possible point of resistance 38.2 fib 226.69 on 4hr.

Being an equities trader I was as disappointed as anyone when the Fed failed to take aggressive action against the recessionary threat. I think that it was a bad decision; however, the Fed has made a total of 100 point cut in a matter of months. This will promote growth in 08. Was the sell-off today just an overreaction to recession hype, offering cheap prices, or was it inadequate action leading the US economy closer to recession. Just something I will be considering when analyzing the carry trade pairs.

ANY THOUGHTS ON GOOD CARRY TRADES FOR 2008? THE GBP/JPY CARRY HAS PROABLY SEEN BETTER DAYS EH... WHAT ABOUT AUD/USD?

for me i see short signal when i get confirmation soon to 225.9 again and maybe 224.4 or so

(waiting for confirm on aus system....) and i m newbie so trade at your own risk
