looking at a longer term play . i want to take advantage of the head and shoulders on the weekly a bit early, 200ema daily and 55ema weekly both sit at 232-234 area, do you guys think a short around there might be a good play or are you guys seeing it go above, (i dont see usd/yen going past 112 as well)

We'll probably see a small retrace now, then another boost on NY open.

right now i see UJ might pullback into 10.5 area (strong support)...then head back up...

i assume GJ will follow....waiting for that UJ pullback, and then I will enter on GJ and ride it to 230

does anybody else think 230 is the next expected resistance (besides aus who said 230.2)??

We should see extreme volatility today because of month end closing so I wouldn't be surprise if we took a trip to the low end and then came back up to hit 229.50 and finish the day on the upside. I've seen this happen before in the past so it could play out here today again, so be careful trading this today. Therefore 226.50 could be a target then back up. . .

Just my take on this but trade what you see. Also, remember you are dealing with big banks who don't trade based on us little guys.
I took profit up @ 229 and reset to buy @ 226.50 if we see it again on a pullback. . .

I guess im lucky to short at 229.20

VOlatile today.......just trade and close them at profit.

The Weekly shows 50% fib @ 231.32 where I have set TP( will increase it IF the next 12hr bar which updates @ 12gmt shows upward momentum). Price might swing 2 61.8fib @ 233.69 where I have a sell limit.

It's Friday, It's the end of the month. There is no need to risk n trade on such a day. I've made more than enough pips (elhamdulelah )

That is were I was looking to sell as well if my buy order down at 226.50 gets hit on a pullback. If not I'll just wait for a shorting opportunity. . .

I see a pullback towards the 100sma at around 227.70ish

weekly 14C is refusing to point up even after a 500 pip bullish rally. This means there will be a last minute pull back by 14C before the weekly bar close.Technically the weekly candle should close at or below 226.50 level. This doesnt mean that the fundies could push this another 100+ pips from todays high. Just becautious with your trades. It's freaky Friday NY and last day of the months. I'm done for the week. Hope you all have a good weekend.

This is typically the time were accounts get blown trying to predict where it will ultimately end up.

I like that. i doubt willget to 61.8 but makes my tarde even more better!!! good luck with that trdae im planing to ride that for 2000+ pips

Pullback frm 229.31 just 1pip high frm wednesday's high 229.30 & the Double top on the daily does support that outlook .Waiting 4 12gmt momentum. Till then

Aus, thanks for that analysis - we are thinking along the same lines. I think there is a demand for the pair @ 226.50 and the target is 229.50 or better.

Whether we get there or not remains to be seen but I too expect extreme volatility on this day where it ends up is anyones guess.. .

i'm getting scared of all this volatility talk....so trailing stop is set....i definitely do not want to lose what i gained tonight!!!!
