Can anyone give an insight on the best broker that can offer a good opportunity for news trading efficiently without requoting,and can be sure to enter orders during news release.

There are no guarantees when trading the news, so you may or may not get your order processed at all, let alone within the price range that you want. You'll never find an honest broker offering that kind of guarantee.
