Those 2 concluded CAD Econ New was bad for Canada hence USDCAD goes up. the establish trend was short before the report. So i stay short because i am hoping the when the news traders take their profits the currencies will be back to its original trend. Maybe I am wrong but that is what i feel.

Trader101: looks like you have a pretty exceptional system. I really like that it is more of a macro view system that does not require minute to minute managing. I have been trying to put together a similar system and the closest I have so far is a combination of Parabolic SAR and WIlliams Awesome oscillator - trading off the daily chart mostly. I will probably try trading along with you if you don't mind. Do you generally take and post trades around midnight, 3AM, and 6AM? I am from NYC area originally also. spent a lot of time there in my late teens/early 20s...

Hansel: are you still trading along? how is it going for you? how do you catch the updates - do you wake up at set times, etc? what time zone are you in?

Ahh.. Dont believe them. i was just lucky, no big deal.
Believe me i have tried all style of trading scalping, 5 min, daily you name it..To me its all good if it suit your style and u are making pips. this method, i think suit my style and it is here that i can generate a lot of pips. Anytime that there is signal i post my trades. I normally give enough time for those following the trade to prepare their follow trade.

Badly beaten right now, Halfway of my SL is now eaten. Drawdown is so much. I am confident this will come back to bring us to the positive, i hope.
If not we need the 2:00 FOMC report to be USD negative. If not still, we could leave the trade and wait for next week because we are postive swap trade. Just kidding

always going to have draw downs, but with your success, it seems they are few and far between. i am looking forward to your next trade as i now have my mini account funded and am ready to go.

Right now i am still being beaten and down like close to 100 pips. But i am confident the 2:00 Report on FOMC will change it. Last Hope. Next trade will not be till tommorrow i think. That 7:00am CAD report is the one that is killing me because it is still lingering in there.

SEE attached screen shot on the UCad, my indication arrow should be short (Red Arrow on left corner) the 2 green candles is because of the 7:00 am CAD Report. That is what i am talking about

i see it. no system is perfect. how do the arrows correspond to your ultimate indicator? do you put them in manually or do they appear automatically based on values in your indicator?

They appear automatic, normally 1 candle behind the indicator. The trade start at the Ultimate start color and confirmed by the arrow. Trade is close by the arrow which appear ahead of the Ultimate.

I'm still here. I like this system. The profits can be huge, but I have to be careful with the draw downs. I'll be watching how things go today before I jump back in.

I am looking at taking very small positions on each trade.. . with the comprehensive 400 PIP stop loss, it seems like a safe bet.

Right now it is either trending or trying to reverse the trend very risky to jump in but if you only demoing i have no problem with that, i can give you the pair that you should jump in.
