I am not 100% sure what you mean, but I read it as you have a multi-dimensional array with values already set and now you want to reset all the values to zero. Perhaps to fill them with new information?

for(int i=1;i<=ArrayDimension(ArrayTest);i++)
{
for(int x=0;x<=ArrayRange(ArrayTest,i)-1;x++)
{
ArrayTest[i][x]=0;
}
}

Is this what you mean?
