I am almost certain that this next trade was initiated by 1 of the other 3 rules inside the "faulty" engine.

I can do 2 things to prove (and then fix) that.
1. spend time going through Journal logging and backtesting to see if it matches 1 of the rules.
2. (preferred) I will have the Order comment include a description by which rule each new order will be opened. This way we can easily find out why it has opened the trade the next time you have doubts.

I will include this in the next version.

I'm currently trying to finish my optimiz. tests before this evening (I'm halfway done) and since these take a LOT of time, I've started playing a silly (but Oh so fun) game (Pacman style!) in the meantime while I wait for results.

My kids want me to start youtube again to see REM and the mosters play "Shiny happy monsters!". This is unbearable and one of the big mistakes I made... showing them youtube!!

I will have a look at that site... hope they are not so complicated with the password!

Now I found the Wordox room 1, but my computer will not let me activate the activeX as the certificate is void since 2006.

I had all sorts of probs yesterday with Active X, had to click a thousand OK and finally changed my Internet security settings...........

I just finished my 1 hour free trial of Ricochet Infinitiy. Nice.

Continuing with the opti. tests............

Hello All!

Thanks for the answers, it's much clearer to me concerning the optimmizations...
However, it seems I still have an issue running the 2.0 bot : It seems not to stop on QQE cross, so if I set a TP but no SL, it happens that the bot never stops. Shall I put stop and reverse = true? I'm sorry, there is surely something I don't understand here, that's why I'd be gratefull if someone cna post a picture of the parameters of his / her bots!

Yes, Stop & Reverse = true is the last resort to stop the trade and should be true even if you try to stop at other combinations before that!

Nope, haven't traded this live at all, so can't comment sorry. Only demo a bit forward testing, and a lot of backtesting (which some say is worthless). Anyway, I'm still in much testing as the results are unstable from week to week. And I need much MORE stable results than that before I invest my real hard earned nickles & dinamos !!

Hello all. Had one good trade yesterday which scored me about +60 pips on the G/U. I have placed the option of the PSAR trailing stop at .04. THis got me out of the trade with positive pips otherwise I would have lost some if I had waited for the opposite signal.

Also I have the option of not taking trades after 5 candles and has kept me out of some bad trades. Or ones atleast that wouldn' have met the t/p. I am still using the B&B bbots. Attached is an image. Have a good one all.
