Which is the best API to trade with? Is there a good API for free? Metatrader's API seems too bad for trading (and programming).

Both MB Trading (EFX) & Interactive Brokers have free API's. Oanda has a nice clean API but they charge.
The breaking of a wave cannot explain the whole sea.

http://www.efxgroup.com/openAccess.php Does EFXGroup have free API?? As far as I know it delivers a free trial period. Maybe you can get it extended after contacting EFXGroup.
