we have already been there and the price is back under the pivot. looking @ the momentum possible daily 5 sma which is 238.50 area

Well, now it looks like it wants to go to the 61.8 Fib at 237.90, which is also where the 4H 50EMA is. It's also not far from where I have the Daily pivot plotted, around 237.80. I know that differs from where some of you have plotted your Daily pivot, but I use the 30M 50EMA as my Daily pivot because it is constantly updating with current price.

if we break though res. 237.42 we may get back to 237.71 38.2% fib from the last down move. . . Looks to be peeking thru as I write.

I am currently long @ 236.31 an plan to hold until my osc. tell me otherwise.

I don't think that other one was a real 4hr retrace. Price darted up there for a moment, but that was all. Now it's all the way up there and hanging around, even in the previous 4hr candle's 5sma. If it falls again pretty soon, I'll consider that a genuine 4hr 5sma retrace. 236.64 might be where it heads next. That's where the 1hr 5sma is.

Yep, could get choppy. It's good to see that you are starting to hold onto your positions a little longer.

I've moved more into short-term trades now (days to weeks) so I don't have to spend too much time in front of the computer. So far all has worked out well but it still needs some refining.

Keep up the fundamental analysis. I normally take notice of your posts!

Yes, which is also (roughly) the 61 fib on the 4 hour's recent down move.

How are you drawing your fibs? I've got the 78.6% fib of the last down move at 237.93. I show the move from 238.59 to 235.15.

I'm working from a 4hr chart. . .

I just did the fib over and below is what I got.
I started my fib line from the last down move @ 235.42 and ended it @ 239.64. I have 78.6% fib at 238.73. Not sure if this correct or not maybe one of you can tell me if I'm correct or not. . .

Ok, you are drawing them from a little higher swing hi point than I am. When I draw close to what you are saying, then the 78.6% fib is at 238.70 which is pretty close. I was confused though because you said the 38.2% was at 237.71, but I show it at around 236.86. Maybe it was just a typo.

Yeah, I did it over to make sure I was drawing it correctly. However, this is were I'm weak and need more learning to feel more comfortable with drawing them. I'm looking for feedback on this subject myself. . .

On daily i can see it touches 234.18 and then up to 240 then might be the BIG fall!

Here's what I see. A 50% retrace from the recent fall, or a 4hr 5sma retrace. Or maybe both.
