load the ea in tester on h1 at defaults, you should get same results

LOL! It is true but it doesn't bother me. I am glad to see that you guys have a cool new version of the EA to play with. I will seriously check it out and try it (if my thick head can figure out how to even get the stupid thing on a chart lol) one of these days. Since I know nothing about it I figured I would wait until you get all the bugs worked out first as I would not be much help in that department.


As far as keeping you in the loop - have no fears - I will try to post results from time to time as I can. I am working on trying to get charts into my posts - I figured out how to add it as an attachment but not how to get a screenshot in the actual post.

i inputted my optimisation into glenn's
ea.
as you can see you get pretty much the same results

in glenn's ea i set qqea settings to 80, 19, 6
disabled cci close and enabled qqea close

Guten Abend Matt!

Did you test Glenns new EA yet. Really great work there! I was running some tests and thought that maybe I should test (play with) MM on basic (Qpip) 4H, using only QQEA as entries and exits. From Jan 1st to Aug 31st with risk 5% and initial $1000 netprofit was 13800 I'm thinking of going live. Maybe two accounts; one with basic QQE on 4H and another one for 5M and 15M. Lets make some green. OH, Top Gear on TV, gotta go!

I just ran through the package and there is something for everyone now. The short TFs will find their settings with Laguerre and a tweaked QQE and for longer terms there is the CCI & QQEA combined with the PSAR. But to get a setup tableau fir that will be VERY hard. So many people need to contribute and test on the same basis. Please look into the *.txt file that orion70 posted this morning. It is a good basis to start from!

the only diference is mine was using all indicators which gave less trades and filtered out a few bad ones
if i disable these indicators the results are the same because both ea's using qqea only
so the thing is to see if you can use other indicators to further enhance it

Right - that would be subject to optimization during the test period. Now a shipload of indicators is in the Glenn1.4v making it flexible with all TFs. Guess some may in the end only serve for a few special TFs and pairs!

I will pop off now for an hour or so. Dragoneggs will have to go to bed now!

Does this EA always have to enter with QQE? then plus others if enabled?
I can't use the Strategy Tester because even though I've download the data in the History, I only get 26% modeling quality

you dont need modeling quality because it trades on complete bars only
open price will give same results as tick
yes he removed the qqe entry because its the heart of the system

i doubt he changed that though

to any1 using the scripts i uploaded, if your using them with glens ea
you should recompile them to match his magic number
it should be 4429
or his ea may not manage the order?
